I really tried to watch it, but this drama doesn't make any sense.
The main plot was paused until ep. 16 to give priority to procedural cases to the limit of ridicule from how simple they were to solve. All this to fill the episodes of comic scenes, about swap body and romance, which in the long run become boring and repetitive.
As much as I appreciate Jo Jung Suk as an actor, I continue to argue that a swap body, style secret garden, where both actors must try to interpret each other would be more interesting and fun, instead Kim Sun Ho is almost reduced to a role of appearance. While JJS got to play two roles.
I absolutely don't understand the role played by Hyeri, a journalist who is involved in criminal cases, and acts as a detective. It is not the first female character to behave like this in a 2017 k-drama, I wonder if it is the new fashion to write a role and then recite another.
I do not understand why so many secondary characters.... maybe they have a decorative function?
The main story is reintroduced abruptly at the beginning of episode 17, with no connection to what happened at the end of the ep. 16. This passage is so bad that I wondered if I accidentally missed an episode. I can't comment on where ep. 17-18 are shot without spoiler, but it is a place often seen in 2017 k-dramas.
This show is the worst that 2017 could offer, a copy and paste of other k-drama. It seems clear that the script was written thinking of a single actor instead of an entire cast.
I love Sharon! It would be great if, while she is trying to separate the main couple, she end up meeting another man. Imagine her temper and a lot of bickering. LOL
I think this drama is good so far but I don’t get why everyone’s overreacting about how “amazing” SSK’s…
I don't agree, actually for me is the opposite. Unfortunately some roles or scripts penalize the actor/actress, despite how good he/she is. You can be as good as you want, but if the character is badly written, the actor/actress is also affected, maybe objectively you can recognize that the actor/ actress is good, but in your memories will always remain that in that role was mediocre rather than exceptional.
I have never had the opportunity to appreciate Shin Se Kyung as in this drama. It is the first time that I truly recognize her
I also like a lot Seo Ji Hye as Sharon, I like the fact that she is not the classic antagonist, but you can empathize with her character.
I really loved the premise, it give me this vibe as once upon a time in a theatrical way. I also like who they cast as main couple. Hope this will be good, I'm a bit picky when fantasy is mix with contemporary life.
Another two amazing episodes. Kang Pil has dragged the woman he loves in misery to get his revenge, I'm curious to see how far he will go. I hope the author continues on the dark and tragic tone. If they became lovers, and Na Mo decides to forgive him for love, or Kang Pil will give up to get revenge for her sake, I really would be piss off.
I don't get why Kim Sun Ho should stay in coma and let Jo Jung Suk do all the job, acting as a cop and a swindler. I think it would be more funny have the two actor trying to impersonate each other. (Like secret garden)
Wonderful slice of (sad) life! A perfect mix of: A love triangle, one man who gave up love for greed and ambition, one man who gave up everything for love and a mother who put her life (as a woman) in stanby for the love and care of her family. A secret birth, two sad illness (a little girl with Aids and an old granpa with dementia) and people's prejudice. All played by a beautiful cast. The only sore point, several video editing errors and poor special effects (the medical scenes) Nothing tragic, the story is the one that matters.
OMG!!! Finally they explain what happened that damned night ! Just saying, but how many people go around at night in the woods!??! LOL
As always, in k-drama, the last 2 episodes revealed all the secrets and recomposed the puzzle. But what makes black different? Well, for me, it's one of the few drama that I could not predict the plot. No matter how many theories I had, they were all wrong and / or incomplete.
For this reason, I think that the plot was well written, despite a little too many secrets and Kang Ha Ram's character, in my opinion the least successful of the whole cast.
Unfortunately, it often happens that the writer is not able to write a final worthy of the story, and in this case.... it was really bad.
I think a sad ending would have been more appropriate, and if they really wanted the happy ending, they could have them live together in the world of gream reaper.
So, for me, this drama end 20 minute before the real ending. I refuse to consider that sort of reunion between old ones an ending.
Again 2 wonderful ep! Hope NA MO became a lot more bitchy now! She is the weakest of the cast. And I really hope kang pil will not ruin his revange plans just for her. After all he is the one who put her through this entire mess, will make no sense back track just for loving her.
I didn't read the synopsis so it was a surprise to find out that we are not stuck with a true robot like zettai Kareshi. I'm so glad cause I'm not a fan of the genre. So it Seems better then I tough. But I really hope it will not turn out just a super sweet romantic comedy.

of course IMHO.
Are there problems with licenses or other news that I don't know about?
