Online (for the US)it says that attorneys pass the bar exams and thus can practice law in court. A Lawyer has the degree but didn't do the bar exam, so they can only give legal information and can't interpret law for someone's specific case, basically they can't practice law.

if it was the case, her mom would have known the ML and FL know each other. The school girl would have most likely spread rumours about Hae Yi, saying that she gets preferential treatment, the she know the answers in advance.

i think that he went crazy studying and is obsessed with it. He spends his time studying but isn't in school nor preparing foran exam. When the dad said to the mom, look at what you did to our son indicates that she might push Seon Jae over the bridge like his big brother.

They are both established lawyers. When he said that the family had a meeting with the grandfather (dad's dad) that meant that the dad was from a wealthy background.
I think that the dad left alone cause he doesn't want to do the parenting.
Because of their careers they are staying together legally for image purpose.

People are forgetting that the secondary math teacher hates ML and also has a history with him, he could also have a motive to kill students around ML.

Seon Jae's dad is a coward, he says that his wife is a tyrant and is bad for their kids. That is his reasoning for leaving the family home. Yet he left alone and has never taken the kids side/tried to prevent the mom.
In many families the mom is the one making sure that the house runs and the kids study so that they have a bright future while dad does nothing at home. Korea has a highly competitive education system and because the moms are the ones typically in change of taking care of the kids, they end up being the ones who are abusive and end up being resented by thier kids and the passives dads are viewed in a positive light by the kids.

Seon Jae has the same family name as his brother and also the same generational name. Lee Seon Jae and the brother Lee Hee Jae. So they have the same dad for sure and mom. The name of the dad isn't written on mdl nor on asianwiki.

I'm turning 25 this year and I want all her outfits cause they are beautiful and youthful. I prefer her wardrobe over other (rich/boss) FL in other kdramas, they tend to be to dramatic and FL in their 20s/30s don't seem to wear colourful clothing.

basically weekend dramas are family dramas, typically they follow a multigenerational family (grandparents, parents, kids in their 20s-30s). This dramas are ment to be watched by the whole family so the plot is less risky/original so no supernatural, thriller always in the present day etc. Family dramas air on KBS, MBC and SBS and are 50 ep. Dramas that air on cable channels on the weekend are not weekend dramas as they are typically under 20 ep and the plot takes more risks.

Everybody knows that ML was going to be great. Few people are familiar with FL because she didn't do dramas between 2008 and 2016 and since then, she has only done 2 dramas before this one. People are congratulating her because they were worried about the age gap and she has gone beyond expectation + to combat the misogyny and ageism going on against her in the comments.

If Seon Jae's brother is the one who has been attacking people, I think that his motive would be that the people weren't passionate about math enough and are taking opportunity from more deserving people. The female stalker was going to the math class only cause she likes the teacher, the rich student goes there cause his mom kick out Hae Yi + he is dumb.

even I don't get it, cause all the other people who've been attacked are people the ML doesn't care about, even now he isn't scared that someone he loves might get hurt. Even he doesn't feel like he's being stalked. It also doesn't look like the person is trying to frame ML either.

to be fair a part of his behaviour could have been him rebelling against his mom. She puts a lot of pressure on him and he is scared of her. So his behaviour is him wanting to be seen as strong and in control. At the cram school he knew that he didn't have the intellectual capacity (cause he doesn't study) so he decided to play the student who isn't interested/ doesn't care.
