The second case (The flower on the wall), bruh that's so good, like the Man's acting, his crazy acting was so good, his expressions, and here atleast I felt something for the ex maids that got stuck with bad people cause they needed money.

To best honest, I felt nothing for the princess, in the first case (the Fifteenth Princess), I had 0 empathy for her. Even if she died, I was like Yay let's move on to the next case, she didn't contribute much.

I saw it myself that it had 8.3 rating before, now it's reduced to 7.9, but I think it's good, pretty good, I like the theme here, the visuals are good, the cinematography is nice too, Bai Lu is amazing as always. I like Wang Xingyue's character here too, like how she's the fighter here and he's the brain, she's intelligent too, but they work great together.

sorry to myself, I judged this drama by the number of episodes, I thought it would be boring and I'll skip watch it, and that's why I missed it last year, but now I regret that why didn't I watch it earlier? It's entertaining, sweet, funny. I'm blushing while watching this.

I watched it honestly till Ep 25, but from 26 I skip watched it, it became too boring and just the same repeated plot

I do have to say she is Aura when she glares, her Glare is cold and attractive itself

I feel so bad for Meng Zhenzhen, her brother was the only person who put her first, but since he's gone, she's been grieving him, and now just to prevent her father from ruining the Meng Clan she's willing to take her brother's place (will do the dirty work). I do respect her character, she's worth it, When she was the principal wife she didn't want to work against her husband but her family forced her, now she's willingly stepped up.

In the novel, it was a funny thing when the Empress of Zhao was caught, if I remember Taohua's master said infront of the Zhao Emperor that the Empress has a lover, his face turned pale and sour after that, but here in the drama they twisted it so much, made this Prince her lover and even obsessed with her.

The scene where Shen's men whipped Taohua, the worry in his eyes was so evident. It's about his eyes.

for a moment I got confused between Prince Wuxia and the Prince colluding with the Empress, they look so similar, for a moment I thought why did they cast them as brothers, Because in the novel it was clearly stated that Prince Nan was Wu's Royalty, and since he wasn't the real son of the Emperor of Qi/Wei he naturally didn't have his features and looked different.

They really changed the whole thing, this Prince trying to kill Prince Nan, it feels like a waste of time rn.

I heard that taking the arrow on the cliff scene was the beginning of downfall of this drama, but I guess it started from the moment when they went to the village to investigate the counterfeit currency

Here in the Drama, I was surprised to suddenly see a wild sister of Shen Zaiye, because it was clearly stated in the Novel that he was alone, he only had Zhanlu with him, he had no attachments, his family kicked him out, so he was alone and Zhanlu mentioned it himself quite a few times that his master is too lonely at the top, he would look at his back then sigh and say he looks so lonely. Suddenly adding a Sister was unexpected, like that character didn't even exist, where did she come from,

In the Novel, both Taohua and Zaiye were equally matched in wits, but here in the drama it looks like Shen Zaiye is less smart than Taohua, Idk why the screenwriter/director whichever turns the ml dumber

In the novel if I remember it correctly, she didn't trust him till 200 chapters, she was ready to leave him at any given moment, while he was left fuming that she doesn't care about him, he fell first If I remember it right, (even though I know the poisoning incident, when he poisoned her and she said that she likes him, but considering the whole novel, she just left time and time again, while he was jealous and fuming that she doesn't care much about him).

Come on guys what do you mean "Ugh he already has a wife, I'm dropping it", If you're starting a drama, I thought you were literate enough to read the TAG, it clearly states "HAREM" how could you miss that, and then you complaint that he's already married, oh he already has concubines, bruh check the tag before watching.
