Sorry, but I kinda disagree. Before WYF, even her mother and SZ said he is kinda beyond saving, he don’t even…
I don't think you undestood my comment. I called HL and WIFTY good dramas because even though they are unrealistic, the story sticked with it. Meanwhile First Frost wants it to be realistic on one part but also unrealistic on the other side. You can't have the best of both worlds without others criticizing your POV when you do it like this.

Sang Yan character is really dislikeable here because they only portrayed him as someone existing for WYF. That's not romantic at all.

Love is about being brainless? Who made that definition? There are thousands who love and are still smart about it.

As much as I understand Wen Yi Fan's reasons, Sang Yan didn’t deserve to be treated this way. She hurt him so…
Finally someone said it as well that there are different kinds of trauma and what WYF did to SY is traumatic as well. Some fans says WYF portrayal is realistic but at the same time doesn't mind that Sang Yan's portrayal is unrealistic.

You just confirmed what I said. It is all about WYF here, WYF there. No Sang Yan as a person. When he finally got a job, I thought finally they'll expore his other passion aside from WYF, but no, this direction is for WYF sakes again.

I don't want people like Sang Yan to exist because every individual should know their value as a person. Selfless and resolute but a person who does not his worth? No thanks. I don't want a saint.

Some of you want realistic portrayal of WYF but at the same time, makes unrealistic portrayal of Sang Yan.

I think the drama’s portrayal is meant to reflect her emotional journey and personal growth. She’s no longer…
She was ready to love and be loved then she left again and worst, ghosted those who loves her again. Where is the ready here? She is a journalist, she is not the same teen who has no power. Since she became a journalist, we know she is smart so why tf is she letting that pathetic human control her again. Yes she has trauma and it can't be helped but she knows her friends and Sang Yan are trustworthy. We can be angry at the person who attacked her but also be disappointed in WYF actions.

This drama is such a dissapointment after the amazing HL and WIFTY. Sang Yan is basically just a tool for Wen Yi Fan. His world is basically just her. He does not know his worth or even has self-respect. 24 episodes in and we don't even know him as a person without WYF. First drama where I really don't want the leads to end up together.

If she relapse, then yes there is no growth. Just ask any psychologist out there. You are all talking about her trauma and I agree what she feels and what her actions are justifiable for her because that's what she felt but saying she had personal growth is just completely false.

She is still the same person when she left. She messed up again and that's totally fine. Maybe in the next episodes we can finally see the personal growth you are talking about. But so far in this episodes, yes she is still the same Wen Yi Fan who left San Yan because she did exactly the same thing again and what's worst is she lied about not wanting to hurt him again.

So I also want you to sit and think not like San Yan whose revolves just around WYF.

Personal growth? She is back to her old self so what growth are you all taking about.

Only change I would prefer would be her informing him properly before leaving. Complete detachment is not healthy.…
Some are dismissing but this is another kind of trauma. Ghosting someone is hurtful especially someone who loves you so much. Doing it for the second time is just another level of hurt. Like wouldn't you be scared they will do this the third time again?

Pull yourself out from the novel think in drama and logic. Lady been alone for 6-7 years enduring all this. Yes…
Who wants realistic? Most people watch romance dramas to stay away from reality. There is a reason why popular dramas are unrealistic.

I understand Wen Yi Fan but I also think Sang Yan's world should not revolve around her. I think he deserves so much better and should know when to let go of someone who does not want to hold on to you.
