Well, i love both Love O2O and Nobuta no Produce so taste is definitely subjective.

Poor Love O2O being the example 😂. Dramas like that are popular because some people just want to watch light storyline with beautiful people, to relax and to escape the actual hardship of life. With an 8.3 rating, I'd say it's quite fair unlike some dramas that have so high ratings because of the actors only.

I guess the OP prefers more of the "Life" genre than the light comedy romance genre. But then again, taste is readlly subjective.

I cried for Yan and grandma so much that I do not have anymore tears left when the other leads died 😂 which btw, was a surprise since they killed off so many leads and characters. Have not seen so many dramas that did this 😂

Season 1 wrapped up pretty well! Can’t wait to rewatch this before watching season 2 :)

I wish there’s only bare minimum love line and just focus on the ML journey to jianhhu.
