We actually recommended each drama based on the genres listed in its MDL page and MJTY does have a fantasy genre and 1 Litre no Namida does have a romance genre listed in their respective pages.

Lol, I really wanted to recommend Bad Buddy for the romance section but I had just watched Hidden Love then and it was amazing. So I decided to recommend it instead.
I do watch BLs, and I love them. It is not on purpose that there is no BL in this list.
