I'm glad you agree with me. Yeah..it's so true that a happy ending is not required to convey how much two people love one other and I despise people who drop their ratings just because they dislike sad endings.
I don't think it would have been good if Tae Ri portrayed He Doo's older self. Seo Jae Hee, who portrayed HD's mother, portrayed her older self 'cause she was already over 30 when HD was 18. There won't be much physical changes after one crossed 30 years of age. But, there will be many changes after 18. Also, SJH didn't portray HD's mother when she just became a reporter, when she was around 18.
