Tua went really berserk, but I liked that, since he seemed like a timid and quiet character, but it looks like he really bottled many things inside himself, and some of his real thoughts even came to surface when he kicked Dean out, the talk about being a burden, sugar daddys, sleeping with anyone, he knew where to hit to hurt Dean the most, he probably didn't thought of the host job too highly deep inside, and while I think he cared about Dean and cherished him as a friend, sadly it looks like that when he's mad he can't hold his bottled feelings any longer, and even if he didn't mean what he said, there must be some truth to it to an extent. So honestly, the real victim here is Dean, he basically lost everything he has overnight because of one mistake 💔
I'll share some cents about the video/pic, people say that they overreacted, and while I agree, I think this is still realistic because people in real life also overreact, especially when it comes to cheating and relationships. I would like to see something more happening in the video sure, but even so I think their reaction made sense, because it's still very suspicious seeing a video of your bfs hugging a person you felt uneasy with in the woods at night.
Also we need to look at it with context, they wouldn't have the same reaction if it was a video of idk Pete and Dean/Arnold, both Tua and Jack were on high alert when it came to Arnold and Deans fanservice and they weren't happy about it. They were basically role playing as a real couple and it got so popular that everyone from uni was shipping them, even Mew and Top knew about it, Deans got massive followers thanks to it, he even got proposed work that he couldn't get before, so really it wasn't a small matter.
What's more, the reaction of Arnold and Dean didn't helped, because they weren't clear that nothing was going on, and Arnold even admitted that he did felt something towards Dean, because he had a hard time to make a difference between the play and real life (wish they could delve more on that). I think Dean also felt something and Jack sensed it, so knowing that he barely managed to trust Dean again, I'm not surpised he overreacted. And as Jack said, will he have to worry everytime Dean gets drunk? I'm still mad with Jack decision and not listening to Dean, but I understand his mindset here.
I also have to praise EarthMix for their perfect angst delivery during JackDean fight and breakup, everything was so on point, Jack was super scary when he shouted, I can't believe Earth is the same actor who played Hengney really, personally I don't like Jack as a person, but I think Earth did a really good job embodying his toxicity, all scenes when Dean was crying were perfect, Mix did amazing job showcasing all the emotions at once, he was scared, sad, angry, in despair, the small gestures, shaking hands, fear in his eyes, voice breaking, my boys are really the kings of angst 👏👏
