Terrible story
Half Awake is a senseless and disappointing drama that fails to justify the time invested in watching it. Even if you have nothing else to watch, this drama is easy to skip. The storyline is built on a very weak foundation and relies heavily on unnecessary misunderstandings rather than meaningful character development.The plot revolves around a boy who holds a long-lasting grudge against a girl because of a silly misunderstanding. Instead of communicating or trying to understand the truth, he lets resentment guide his actions for a long time. When he finally comes to know the reality, he realizes that he has already lost everything that mattered to him. Unfortunately, by that point, the emotional damage is irreversible, and the story fails to offer any satisfying resolution.
The ending is especially disappointing. Instead of providing closure or emotional relief, it leaves the viewer feeling empty and unsatisfied.
Overall, Half Awake lacks depth, emotional balance, and logical progression. While the concept had some potential, the poor storytelling and unnecessary drama overshadow it completely. This is not a recommendable drama, especially for viewers who appreciate well-written plots and meaningful character development.

A perfect family drama .
The story revolves around a mother and her six children—five daughters and one son—and their married lives. Each couple gets approximately six episodes, showcasing their journey through marriage.My favorite couple is the third daughter and her husband. In fact, I watched the drama mainly because of Wang Xing Yue, who plays the third daughter’s husband. However, the love story I liked the most was that of the fourth daughter and her husband, Liang Yong Qi.
I also enjoyed the innocence of Huang Sheng Chi's character.
Overall, it is a lighthearted drama.

A big no
The only reason I decided to watch the drama was because of the main male lead, but it turned out to be a big disappointment. It was a complete waste of time. The story was silly and poorly executed. It felt more like a fairy tale for young children, where you don't need to think too much about it.Was this review helpful to you?
Emotional one
The drama was incredibly emotional, especially in the last episodes where the male lead's helplessness and tears moved me to tears as well. His portrayal of pain was so convincing that I truly felt the character's anguish. Despite the sadness of the ending, it provided closure to the story in a poignant manner. It was disheartening to see that despite being together since childhood, the characters never expressed their feelings for each other until it was too late. Nonetheless, it was a profoundly touching story. I would recommend it to those who don't mind a sad ending. Not happy with the ending
Each aspect of the drama was impeccably executed. All the lingering questions were addressed in the final episodes, so I highly recommend watching it through. The acting from every character, including the leads and supporting cast, was truly remarkable. Whenever the male lead shed tears, I found myself deeply moved, mirroring the emotions of the female lead. Their performances truly touched my heart. However, the ending of the drama left me somewhat disappointed. I felt that not every character received a proper resolution, especially the one who harbored unrequited love for the female lead. Similarly, the female lead's sister deserved a fulfilling love story of her own. Ultimately, I yearned to witness the marriage of the main characters. Near to perfect
I loved the drama . Every thing was perfect in the drama. But I had more expectations toward the ending part of the drama. I wanted to see their marriage ,then her pregnancy time and then the very last part of the the last episode. Chemistry between the leads were good . I liked the one who played the role of grandfather. Then her and his brother. Their office's friends . Everyone just perfect in the drama. Whenever he jeolous or angry or upset ,he kissed her that was so romantic.I hope they have more drama together . Yes,this drama had so many romantic scenes. Why this drama got finished so early .
It was not that wow one but it had its taste.

Those who loves love story
Continuation ... Of the first partWhy his father married him with her . This had been revealed
He loved her but never said and she also loved him but never said to him . This created misunderstanding between them .
All I say there is a happy ending .
I like love stories so I watched it but I would like to say that there is not much chemistry between the leads and not have much supporting characters and not much sights scene. As it mini drama .
Acting is good . Both the artists were good . I hope they will get more projects in future.

not like the story much
It is the story about good people and bad people, two persons fight against bad people . In whole drama both person fight in their way against bad people ,along with this both of them facing some problems in their personal affairs and because of this they were starting help each other and eventually they had feeling for each other. At the end one had some years left to live and story get over. The story ends with happy ending but it was not happy ending for the characters because one have few years left to live . Some more episodes
To see the number of episodes ,I said thank God because historical types dramas always have more than 35 episodes but when ending reached I asked why there are only 28 episodes.Drama started with a good note . Starting few episodes were funny . But love story is short means not much romantic scenes. As soon as love story started , misunderstanding entered and brought hatred and when hatred got over ,drama is over.
That's why felt little bit more episodes should be there.
About characters all are excellent.
Plus point of this drama that all characters have happy endings except second lead ,though he also got happy ending but still felt that he should have the charming princess at the end.
I want to see their baby in that heaven place in this way drama has the best ending .This I think so.
As a whole I enjoyed watching the drama.

I really don't like the story
Starting of drama is good ,the chemistry between her and prince is also good . As story progress , till end I didn't get she was going to be with whom. Prince character was also good ,I thought at the end she go with him but for her his character turn to be an evil noone got nothing .Not satisfied with the story .I think there should be 2nd season. For me it is an incomplete story.Atleast they should complete one love story . But I want her more with prince .
I think story would be good if they add some romantic scene.

So sweet love story having so many cute and romantic scenes. The way he shows his love to her was so romantic .his love towards her is just so so ...even I don't have words to express .He looked cute all the time ,the way he looked same is his love so pure, innocent and genuine .
But not satisfied with the last two episodes, it was looked like they completed the drama in hurry ....
The way his mother told her that don't find the truth it will hurt both of you but when she revealed the truth it went so ease it looked he knew this already but he pretend not to know ,not much sad expressions still he with the same expressions cute and innocent one .
Then the other character introduced in the end ,why they introduced that male character if he didn't have any scene .without him story can continue .
At the last when he proposed her she said no ,he can loved here but not ask about marriage .
I hope there is second season .....where he had a good family with she and dudu.
They should give the second lead couple more scenes ...
I am little disappointed with the ending 😔

I donot felt like it is a sequel ,not found any type of chemistry between any relationship mean shi and his brother or Luo Luo and feng shui .I thought if they create story some like eternal love 2 .half story of city upto 8 episodes and then ice fantasy . Viewers I think used to see first part characters so if there are first part characters in this drama , so drama would be better . If they show Shi's love story like he fall in love a girl while looking for his brother and yan de come across betweenthem . Something like that so story get interesting . I felt no connectivity with story as well as characters . Very loose, no spark in the story.

But the director stretch the story too much which make the drama little boring ..I like the love story between male lead's ( dr.Ning Wei ) sister and his friend more than his love story ,his love story is good but both of their acting is cold ,I am not emotionally attached with their expression ,there is no spark in their acting.
So drama is ok according to me.

Personally don't like the drama much
A girl who had gone into a sort of vedio game and where she got a task as soon as she completes the task successfully ,she will return to her life but unfortunately the task she got was not started the way it was instructed because her journey of the task started in different way where she had fallen in love with the villain of the game and then game would progress accordingly and villain become hero . As soon the story of the game had over she comeback to her life and she missed her lover .Such type of story I already had watched many times ,only I love love stories that's why I had watched this drama.

There is no music but recitation of a poem per episode according situation well suited.
In this there is sweet and simple love Story? where partners don't know how to express their feelings to each other ...Ending of drama I don't like it they may show a leap of a year where everyone achieve their dream with ending of marriage of dr.ye and Be young where min ho and nam woo are with their girlfriend then it seems to be happy ending.
Each and every character acting were just amazing.
As a whole light ,sweet and simple story.
