Most gang related Korean movies I've seen use knives instead of guns. But the police do use guns.

It started really good that I even rated it 8 but it slowed down and the excitement wasn't there anymore. Lost interest in the story, loopholes and ludicrous situations. Dropped it around episode 11 /12.

I have completed it. It is good but not extraordinary. Nice ending. I think it is overrated. I'd give it 6.5/10.

True. I was hoping that Dong Gu would be more mature in the second half of the series but still to happen. Maybe this week we'll see some change. Can't wait for tonight's episode.

I've watched Go Ho's Starry Night and I didn't find it funny.

So if you find those mentioned dramas funny, then Laughter in Waikiki is WAY funnier. Episode one alone would have you in fits of laughter and baby Sol is so adorable.

I've just started and I'm on episode 2. It is interesting but I find some parts of the plot a bit ludicrous. The acting is okay but I need more convincing. I'll continue and see where it takes me.

I guess you are referring to the other adaptation. I didn't watch that so my point of reference/comparison would be Glenn Close, Michelle Pfeiffer and the great John Malkovich.

Have watched Dangerous Liaisons and it ended in tragedy so I guess that's why Tragedy is one of the tags here.

I only watched the first episode and it's not as good as I expected. The actors are quite young for their roles.
