So weird, Boong Do isnt the most jawdroppingly gorgeous man but maaaaan my heart does not stop fluttering when he smiles! Think the plot is getting along really well. The Joseon and modern day scenes compliments each other. The Travel guide to teach Boong Do the ways of modern life was quite ingenius aha! And you just learn exactly how clever he is - in the Joseon era and in the 21st century. But no matter how clever he needs a ditsy actress to save the scholar from trouble :) just love that about it. Looking forward to the next episode!

Seriously how could they mess up such a short series! There's literally no room for error!
Alex's confession. Oh dear lord I felt absolutely nothing. Bunny is just plain annoying being indecisive and dragging people into it. I seriously don't even care who's going to end up with who now. I like Song Jae Rim but this is destroying my fondness of him.
I don't even know why I'm still watching! None of the stuff fits in with each other!! The side stories with the customers, the gumiho story writing, the boss being a gumiho, the "love triangle" and the whole gender-bender are all irrelevant to one another! If the writers had just focused on one or two plots then this could good but there's too much going on and I'm not feeling it for any of the characters. Cannot express how frustrated I am with this series!

I like how things have ended with Seo Hwa and Wol Ryung! It's great that Wol Ryung is "good" again but so sad at the same time to know that he's alone now!! It would be great if Seo Hwa and Wol Ryung could be together forever but that's unrealistic considering she's human n'all.
I also loved how Seo Hwa apologised for what she did back then I think it ended things really well and Wol Ryung never hated her! It's soooo beautiful! Their love shall continue!
I can't believe there's only 3 more episodes left!! I don't want it to end. Next episode looks angsty and torturing...Kang Chi FIGHTING!
I wonder what the Gu Family Book looks like and how it would appear...

Anyways, the cinematography is beautiful, the scene on top of the mountain with the trees was breathtaking!! The landscape in Korea is seriously beautiful.
I love how Youngie manipulates and gets her own way with Soo, it might seem annoying but I just think it's adorable!! It's great seeing Oh Soo being so sweet and caring for Youngie yet he knows he's going to hurt so badly sooner or later.
I love how bittersweet and tormenting it's been so far loving it!
I want him to read a book to me.

this was such a lovely episode! I LOVED the dating scenes and now that theyre officially a couple (even though in secret) and I loved the confession too!!
Tomorrow seems like a rollercoaster of a last episode and I cant wait! I saw kiss after kiss :D! Tomorrow cant come sooner! I hope this will have a better ending than the other versions because I really really hated their endings :(

The most perfect and satifying ending I've ever seen! Was worried it was going to be an unrealistic happy ending just so fans would be happy but it really exceeded expectations.
Convinced myself that the ending would tragic but I am overjoyed that the perfect couple got the perfect ending!!! An extremely happy fangirl!!!!
Awwwww really going to miss this sooooo much!!!! Dont want it to end....noooooo!! Withdrawal symptoms gonna kick in about...now!!
Only think I would change or add....what happened to Jin Sung's family, I assume they're alright but would've liked to see them happy too!!!!

This was so sad! How can they euthanize a dog just cause it was injured and they made him do it too!! Cried watching it!! Dog stories make me cry more than human ones aha!

Gu Family Book Episode 24

let's start with what I hated about this episode other than it being the LAST episode *sobsob*
Okay, the stpuid taking the bullet for a goddamn divine creature!! Yes I know you don't want KC to be hurt but really YW?!! She could've have just TOLD KC and he'd obviously move out the way and protect everyone...*Rooftop Prince flashback* I was soooo annoyed at that! And who gets shot so beautifully?! And dies so beautifully?!!! There should be no exceptions - especially idols!
Also it lacked the dramaticness! Could have at least exaggerated and she leaps and takes the bullet in slow motion (if you're going for a cliches at least making it a little more dramatic!) YW hardly moved and got shot...anyways isn't KC a divine creature how come he didn't hear the musket go off and use his superspeed to stop it (GRRRRRRRRR)
lastly, Jo Gwan Joong, thats it?!! Seriously!! The losing of his hand was comical, when I asked for a little exaggeration I didn't mean him. KC literally just tapped his wrist and apparently was cut off PHAHAHAHA!! No way that was cringey! Secondly they should've gave him the most horrific death ever in drama history yet he gets to enjoy a bit of poisonous wine...not pleased - the writers were too sympathetic for him!!
And onto the LOVES...the death scene was very romantic and sad (I would've have cried buckets if Suzy'd acting hadn't gotten in the way sorry Suzy fans). MOST importantly I loved the transition to the modern era! half way through the series I had wanted such an ending - wishful thinking does work sometimes thank you dramagods! - never would've have thought they'd actually do it I was very pleased with that. For me it was definitely the better option of twisting the fate etc also loved the reincarnated characters :D!!!
...I'm not too sure on a sequel because I think it'll just be history repeating itself since they met under the tree and crescent moon *AGAIN!! WTF?!* if there is going to be a sequel then obviously "one will die" again...and this time round KC is going to be overprotective right?!(kinda like time travelling plots)
If there will be a sequel then I'll definitely watch it (liking it or not is another matter) and if they don't then I'm fine with it too. I liked the series -- what will I watch now? -- but I wasn't addicted to it.

loved this episode Dok Mi finally confronts Do Hwi and stands up for herself and yay for Que-Geum and Dok Mi. Enrique has to be one of my favourite characters!!
I wish this happiness would last but with 4 more episodes left...and next week's preview it looks like Dok Mi will be running away (again) and leaving Enrique. As much as I love Go Dok Mi and I totally get her fear, its getting frustrating! But fighting, with Enrique anyone can overcome their fear

Loving the humour of it and quite different in some aspects (the amount of skinship) yet cliches in some as well. Definitely interested!!
On another note Haruma was FRICKING HOOOOT!! When he did that seductive walk with his lips KYAAAAAH! And in the hotel room!! Dayuuum if I woke up next to him I definitely would not be jumping out of bed...and I would eat him every bit of him mwahaha!!! KYAAAAAH he was waaaay too smexy for my weak little heart to handle...hope more topless, naked and sexy Haruma in the future episodes!

of course its not without its flaw...but I love every part of this series especially the ending. I loved everyone's ending and go what they deserved! If only the end to the mystery was more dramatic but nonetheless it was awesome!! We have all been tricked by Jade Emperor! little Arang and Sato was just the cutest little things ever!!! I love how they're reincarnated together!! Meeting as a child then continuing onto adulthood...it was such a lovely touch! Loved the ending! Never expected such a happy ending! I thought it would be a ending like gumiho but this is so much better! Jun Ki truly never fails to impress!

Why did it have to end like that?!! Wae? Waaaaaae?! I cannot wait til next week for the next episode I need it now!!! What a cliffhanger!!!! I have no idea how things will turn out so many possibilities but nothing definite!!
I hope Soo Min doesn't die Shi Hyun can't witness another death of a loved one again!!! This might sound weird and kinda creepy but I hope Doc gets hurt trying to save Soo Min or something, I like it when the leads get hurt, more tension this way...
I'm so incredibly curious who is behind all of this! Have absolutely no idea...I'm even starting to think it might be Director Min...or Soo/Jin Sook. I just feel that maybe the sniper was ordered to protect Doc for some reason and with Jin Sook being protective of him and everything...makes me wonder, just a speculation though. I just can't figure it out and that's exactly why I love this drama. Only 2 more eps left....I don't want it to end!!!!
