He IS a problem. I agree with you absolutely. That doesn't take away from the fact that the ml always takes his side. He is very unprofessional with how he deals with team problems. I have worked and seen so many of bosses deal with such situations with competence and fairness. The ml on the other hand seems lacking of clarity in his thought process. At the end of the day it's just a drama but I am kinda sick and tired of constantly seeing female leads being dragged all the time? Where is the same energy for men(not directed at you but in general)? It doesn't make sense to me. I usually refrain from even commenting but I think I got rage baited by this ml beyond my ability to let go.

If peace is what he wanted to maintain then he would be teaching her on the fast computer and reason with the other student. She needs training more and he needs to train her as he is the one in the head position. Even if he is a student, he is the team lead here. The other student already has experience and can work with a slow computer bc he knows exactly what he is doing. Or if he really needed the second student to use the fast computer, he should've lead with that to begin with. This is something he should've considered before telling her the computer is her's and the problem would've been avoided. It's not rational of him to order a new computer for her but then tell her to use the other one on the whim of the other student. If he wasn't capable of taking up the responsibility of training he shouldn't have vouched for her in front of his boss. My problem is the fl lead being called annoying and all but barely anyone finding the ml problematic. His behavior is not giving unproblematic that's for sure. How does a thirty something year old man not know how to solve team problems fairly when he signed up for that role. Where is his competence?

You're weird for suggesting that when search engines exist. Papago exists. Using ai is such a immoral move. Each search you do through ai is destroying the earth. Ai data is stored in data centers that use drinking water to cool down the machines. What water will you have to drink in five years? Drinking water is not a renewal source in our human timelines. Nor do we have any infrastructure to clean water at that capacity. Be normal and use search engines ffs.
