The movie is based on the book written by Zhang Jiajia. It’s very sad story, but both of them are very good actors, so I can’t wait to see it. Pengpeng was very excited to cooperate with her. Now I know the reason. I didn’t know YEY was in I am nobody. They started shooting this movie in June 2022.

Her name is Yang En You. She became famous when she played the main character in the movie, Lighting up the stars. She and Peng Yuchang acted together in Paradise Tour Group, hopefully it will show up in the theater in 2024.

You are absolutely correct. Honestly I was little bit surprised when he did this project. He has been focusing on the movies not TV dramas. Maybe the relationship between him and the director had something to do with it.
I am glad he did it though. At least we can watch his works on TV instead of his movies to come out. I am very interested in “Let’s the shake sun together “ and “Kidnapping Game.”

Season 2 of Back to the field was the best. I miss Henry and Peng Peng’s funniest interactions. I wished they reunited in the last season😢

PYC is my favorite Chinese actor. His acting skills are one of the best among young Chinese actors. Peng Yuchang was nominated for Best Leading Actor at the 55th Golden Horse Awards(Taiwanese Academy Awards.) He was the youngest nominee for this award ever.
And talk about variety shows, my favorite is Great Escape season 4 and 5. I felt so sorry for him, but can’t stop laughing 😂
As a big fan of original anime, I am so happy he played ZCL roll. Without idol baggage he can play silly, outrageous, and serious very well.

Why they are making zcl character so cheap? Because he is like that in anime. Director and pyc are portraying zcl very accurately.

Yes, anime’s Chulan is really funny. Especially between him and Bao Bao. Peng Yuchang is portraying the character very well. He has no idol baggage, so he can do really funny stuff.

All those Japanese dishes. I started taking the notes when I was watching. So I can recreate those yummy dishes. And what a surprise that Kaji Meiko was playing Shiro’s mom.

A great literature movie. I won’t say I love it because it’s very sad depressing movie. But I am so touched and it is one of my top 5 literature movies. I am not surprised this movie received many foreign awards. I heard it is very difficult that literature movies to make money in China.
Peng Yuchang’s acting was superb. I would like to see him plays in more literature films.

I really liked this movie. The hardest part was understanding the heavy dialect. I am not familiar with Sasebo dialect. Thank goodness there were English subtitles.

I love this movie. It’s not a typical Yamazaki Kento movie. I am a big classical piano music fan, and had Yamaha piano when I was young, so I really enjoyed it. Pictures are so beautiful, I wish I watched it at movie theater. Also, it was nice to see Miura Tomokazu.
