i really hope for season 3 with both season 1 and 2 actors but i doubt season 1 lead actors will agree or not since they haven't even done cameo or agree to cast in season 2 and the screen time is also important for all the lead actors to be maintained equally and yang se jong military enlistment i think its going to take another 3 years to expect season 3 hope we can see more cha eun jae scenes atleast in season 3 since she became pro at surgery in the end of season 2 and no matter what i really want woo jin and eun jae together in season 3 i really liked their chemistry

after watching ep 15 i was like websites should change the description of lee sung kyung to supporting cast and kim min jae,so ju yeon to main lead i was literally disappointed even cameo look like a main lead and the main reason i started watching this drama is because of lee sung kyung hope writer and director gives her good length in ep 16 and if season 3 is in works i hope she doesn't accept it if she is treated like this

i am really enjoying second season more than first because i didn't like the first season lead actors seo hyun jin and yoo yeon seok but i'm loving second season ahn hyo seop and lee sung kyung chemistry more and i am biggest fan of lee sung kyung after watching weightlifting fairy which made it a more anticipated drama for me in 2020.

I just feel pity for the cast and crew of about time they are suffering great losses due to him
