I think the show doesn't emphasize an idealistic, sweeping overturning of the company or a sweet-revenge angle, but rather keeps things more realistic. It's not that the ML can now freely use his newfound wealth, but its more focused on the mental aspect of how he has a changed mindset now about life. Genre-wise, it's more of a slice-of-life office drama, and imo it's not for everyone

I love how the ML's role/characterization has established itself, and it feels like he takes a bit of a backseat role in these recent eps while still feeling like a main character, if that makes sense. It lets the other characters on the team shine at the same time, which I love. Not many shows pull it off, but this show's storyline progresses multiple character/plot arcs at once without pausing everything else in the universe, which makes the universe feel realistic and each character feel distinct. So excited for the future eps

It isn't like he's being forced into them. He has a degree of choice in the works he acts in (out of the offers he receive), and I guess he just happened to like the scripts more, regardless of who the actress is
