I think this might be the worst gl of the year. i really hope nothing else ends up this bad. the worst part is the story had potential, but after episode 3 it completely fell apart, both in terms of writing and direction.

In this episode, my anger toward Bambi dropped by half.

After the horror that happened in my only sunshine, i really hope this gl doesn’t go in an abusive direction. portraying messy or even toxic relationships is one thing, but romanticizing abuse is something completely different. it’s not about pretending these things don’t happen in real life, like many people try to argue. the point is that, in a romantic series, we’re supposed to root for the couple to end up together. but how are we supposed to do that if one of the protagonists commits a crime against the very partner they claim to love??

Honestly, I'm starting to think it was a bad idea for Girl Rules to be released at the same time as a very famous bl with the same premise, because the comparisons are inevitable. you talked about originality and about each series being unique, and I completely agree with that. but that’s the thing, I’m afraid that if Girl Rules isn’t an exact copy of that bl, people will think it’s bad, and since a lot of the audience follows that bl, that would be terrible.

Bambi and shasha will be the "villainous" duo that will mess with primgorya's psyche, and ours too. i have a feeling there won't be a romantic or sexual relationship between them, but I hope at least a kiss happens, even if it's just to provoke primgorya.

I know, but some people are saying it’s not available on iQIYI either. usually, when it’s not on YouTube, it’s on iQIYI, WeTV, or Netflix. but that’s not the case here; it isn’t available anywhere in some countries.

I know that. saying they want it to fail is more of an exaggeration and irony on my part, but it really does seem like they don’t want to deal with gl or don’t really know how to handle it.

The gym scene is very important to be shown. unfortunately, this happens very often to women. as Shasha said, if even in a gym these men feel comfortable enough to harass and intimidate women, then where is really safe for us? i don’t know how it works in other countries, but in mine this can be considered a crime. recording someone while focusing on their body or in a humiliating or intrusive way without their consent can violate a person’s image rights and privacy. in addition, there is the crime of sexual harassment, which occurs when someone performs an act of a sexual nature without the victim’s consent to satisfy their own desire. the penalty can be up to 1 to 5 years in prison.
