So far the only character I like entirely is the grandfather. The ML has been neglecting his daughter, I get that it's because of his depression and I know depression is a real illness that does not depend on one's willpower, but still the outcome is that the daughter was left alone her whole life. The grandmother, I don't know why I don't see many peolpe talk about her but how dare she say Ina is not his daughter! I get that she could have this doubt since her power is yet to be revealed, and I get that she wants a new child with powers because of her plan to get the family powers back (a plan the logic of which I have trouble understanding), but if you love your granddaughter you should not be questioning these things! Plus how could she use Ina's birthday party to organize a matchmaking. Regarding the daughter with ED, I don't know why but I don't really like her... it's her attitude in general, the way she talks to her family members and the way she is desperately trying to get her mother's building at all costs. Maybe I will change my mind about her, but I think we still don't know much about her and for now she rubs me the wrong way. The grandfather is the only one that is paying atterntion to Ina, and he seems to be a really caring person. What I like though is that these characters are difficult to judge, since they are not black and white and all of them are victims of a situation or a condition and at the same time they have faults that make it difficult to empathize with them completely. I'm eagerly waiting to see their character develoment.
I was wondering the same thing. My assumption is that her power saves her, just as it appears to have (in some…
You're right, that would be impossible since he can go back only to his memories... I am hoping she didn't save herself or even worse cause the accident, as some people theorised, That would be such a hit to her mental health, since she already feels guilty enough for things that she souldn't feel guilty about.
I really wanted to like this, I love the fact that the royal family is very close and affectionate for once, but it is getting really boring (in my opinion). They keep getting captured and then miraculously freed right away, it takes away the suspence factor. Plus I can see that the FL is trying her best with her acting, but I feel no emotion coming from her and I am not getting attached to her. I heard she is a new actress, so I hope she gets better in the future. I got into exo quite recently, I like Suho, I tried to like his acting but I just can't, sorryyy. At this point I think I am going to drop this, or maybe I'll come back to this when I have nothing else to do. Everyone, have a good watch!
Just two episodes in and ... this is actually very cool. It's quirky, different, intriguing. A really original…
I agree. I am not a Jang Ki Yong fan, I usually avoid his dramas to be completely honest (no hate, he's not bad he just never attracted me that much). I am watching this for the FL but I like the ML too in this role. This drama is making me change my mind about Jang Ki Yong.
As a hopeless romantic, I would love the FL and ML to fall in love and get out of their respective situations together, but there is a child involved... If she hurts the child 🤬
...no way. Please tell me this is some type of cruel joke? And I liked this actor!!!!!! T.T
That scene was so so , but the comedy in the first two episodes is meant to attract attention and fades a bit in episodes 3 and 4. I think it's going to be a good healing drama, if we give it time... or at least I hope so. I remember that even with gaus electronics after watching the first episode I was seriously thinking of dropping it, the comedy was waaay too much... but then they toned it down a little, and even though it was still very funny it was no longer so uncomfortable.
Right... Given her relationship with the 2ML she could want to hide the child not to have anything to do with him, but maybe this is a bit of a reach. To be honest I don't think he's her son either, they could be trying to mislead us into thinking that way, but still I'm not sure... I guess we'll see in the next episodes
I was already on the fence about the ex, he did not convince me completely and he seemed to be a bit calculative (for example with the rice cooker sponsor), and in the last episode the FL seems to confirm this. He lied about something, he keeps a mask to hide his true self and apparently he only thinks of himself. So now he has lost my trust. I still hope we get a character development with him, and that he learns to respect his true self and find happiness, and that he moves on. I'm not very forgiving with characters that play dirty though, unless they do a complete 180, so we'll see...
I'm trying not to get too excited because I'm scared of disappointment, but I like it so far and I see a lot of potential. The themes the show touches are very relatable to me and I bet to a lot of people, I hope it turns out to be a heartwarming and healing drama.
It's going to be slice of drama rather than comdey genre. Just make sure no love triangle and make good script…
I think the love triangle can be useful for the plot, if played well... It is clear that her ex is a bit calculative and fake, so his presence in the picture could make sense.. It seems like a story about finding and respecting your true self after all.
