I am done. This is it. My favorite series of all time. Not BL, just overall series. From the storyline to the music to the acting to the character development to the camera work. It makes you cry, it makes you laugh, suddenly it gets hella cute...overall an emotional rollercoaster, while talking about such important topics like mental health. In every frame and every line, you can tell that this is a story from the heart and planned in detail. I am in love and completely speechless. So just THANK YOU <3

I see your point but on the contrary I actually found that sudden out of ordinary close up really effective.....for…
totally agree - imo this was such an important scene for the whole series, as it suddenly stops focusing on Jaewon's trauma and instead draws similarities to Yoonwon. They tackle different problems, but they are both overwhelmed by life. And that hit hard. I am currently dealing with depression so episode 9 was a lot to say the least. But to see mental health issues be dealt with such elegance and rawness...I love it. When Yoonwon so abruptly broke down in tears and the camera was this close, I stopped breathing for a second. Just beautifully done.

from a cinematic viewpoint, the transition at 25:30 in ep 6 hits me everytime...you immediately know that something major is about to happen, I love all these visual hints and cuts and blurs, so beautifully done

thanks for your insights...we will never know for sure, I guess, but that makes it fun as well.
Regarding the "dinner date": I think what threw me off was the conversation between Jihyun and his boss, because it definitely does not seem like he would be this excited to go see Aeri...

Question: Can somebody explain to me how at the end of ep 3 they both met up in the evening? They don't have each others numbers right? And why wasn't this shown, how they plan to meet? I first thought it was a dream how they both mysteriously met at the subway...but then they really do meet. I am confused. All the scenes are so detailed, but when it comes to them, time flies by :D love it though

Healthy and mature enough to communicate their feelings....I stan a ML who can be confident, playful AND vulnerable with his lover. I'd love to see more MLs express concerns about their relationship and cry in front of their bf."

This IS the best Korean BL!

...here I am crying after episode 8, because this series is over. Easy, natural and purely romantic - probably describes this story best. The chemistry between the main leads alone deserves a 10/10 and is the reason why this for me is the best Korean BL I have ever seen. The acting of Lee Seung Gyu in the last two episodes gave me chills. But the whole cast is just so wholesome.

Also, can we acknowledge the storytelling? Finally, a BL without any toxic, unnecessary sidekicks. Finally, we have a couple who talks about their fears and shows vulnerabilty! Finally, a story about two people who needed to find their own truth, what works for them...and then found and supported each other.

And THANK YOU for giving us realistic, soft and heartwarming kisses in a Korean BL. Nothing compares to the emotions that these two main leads portray through their touches.

So please PLEASE bless us with a season 2 to enjoy their relationship journey! Also I'd love to get to know the supporting cast better. The work colleagues were all so lovable - and we need to know what their high school friends are thinking, right?

Here I go again, watching it for the fifth time...
