It is his first romcom as the ML. He had a melodramas before this like "One Spring Night" "Something in the rain" and "Snowdrop". He did pretty well in those. I think we just need to wait for more eps for this drama, we'll wait and see how it goes.
He literally is one of the few actors who CAN actually act. His performance in 'Hometown cha cha cha' and 'Catch the Ghost' deserved so much more recognition.

I don't know why but Jung Hae In's vibe feels so different in a romcom. It somewhat looks like the FL and him are awkward. Don't know if it's just because I'm not used to it or if it's a bad start for the drama I've been waiting for a long time.
I really think Weiyi deserves someone who can wake her up back into reality, someone who can slap her in the face that in a relationship, it's not always rainbows and butterflies. She seemed like she just wanted to have fun, but love is not all fun, it's also sacrifice and empathizing each other. Both Qiyu and her deserve someone better for themselves.
I am not saying that Qiyu was okay being too much into the traditional way of "man will provide", he was also in the wrong. But, he also deserves someone who could sacrifice for him as much as he did, since he literally moved to the city and worked hard to be a better fit for Weiyi and to become a part of her life.
I was annoyed at Weiyi but also I get how she is accustomed to her wealthy life and it's not her fault that she is blessed with it and wants to grasp whatever she has since she has been given the best her whole life.
I believe it would never work for them unless Qiyu stops overthinking about money and Weiyi tries to sacrifice more in terms of handling money, which is hardly impossible.
Hope Qiyu finds a doctor while on duty as a police officer, basic romance drama plot HHAHAH then he saves her and they won't think about money anymore but how to save people's lives and themselves.
Hope Weiyi finds a shut-in billionaire whom she can take out anywhere she wants to and spend his money, then the guy will run into a problem and since she is rich, the girl can save him through her money. I think that would be an amazing story. HHAHAHA
I stopped watching this drama after Jui Yue died. I couldn't take it how they could never have a happy end with An Sheng. I love Shen Yue's acting here but the story is too sad and disappointing for me.
