Definitely anticlimactic. Was expecting a big showdown.
Since Mo Bei is no longer a prince, would his execution have ramifications between Northern Qin and Jing, or would Qin King say, "Thanks for doing me a favor"?
She didn’t do that intentionally, SML is ill and is like family to her. Yes he hs loved her his whole life but…
She wailed like a banshee when at LMX's fake execution. She wailed like a banshee when she heard that Han Ye was dead. It's hard to gauge who she loved the most.
I did not catch what the fake wedding is about? If it was to lure Mo Bei, he already made his move, and was captured. Is this a fake wedding, to lure Han Ye to the wedding site, and substitute the bridegroom?
Of all the characters, I only feel sad for Lin Lang
I agree. Mingxi took her for granted. Security is lacking in this drama. Didn't Mingxi think that Mo Bei would show up unannounced, and ready to kill? I thought that Mingxi and Ziyuan had mentioned that they were waiting for him.
Episode 38: In the letter flashback, Han Ye falls backwards off the cliff. Then he is falling forward down the cliff. How did he manage to turn over? If he landed on his belly, the arrows could have been driven deeper into his chest.
