Xing Fei seems to get weepy in this drama. After a while, it gets boring. I used to watch all the K-dramas many years ago, and characters used to get weepy a lot, so I got tired of watching them. 😥😥😥

I am not familiar with Jing Yong's books, but I had the same thought about the women in this drama. The females are decoration, conveniences, and expendable. Mother Fu and her daughter-in-laws are two-faced decorations. There are roo many females showing up in Fu's palace. There is a female called Princess or Sister, who is a know-it-all. Is she Fu's sister? What is Madame Fu's relationship to the Emperor?

I am watching it out of curiosity, guessing what the scenes are about, without the benefit of subs.

I watched the final episode of LTOT on the dc site. I was surprised that it has sixty-five comments. The commentary and conversations are interesting. The ML is dull and boring. Other viewers expressed the same opinion. I can't recall any drama where the ML was so low key dull. Mu Ze is the most complex character, and Jing Chao carries the show on his shoulders.

There are several vidoes on YT, but I don’t know if they are from the same drama. Peter Ho was having a bad hair day in the drama.

I think that Ziyi is waiting to take final and deliberate revenge on Old Feng Tiannan for humiliating her mother, in the same way that Ma Chunhua took final revenge on Masked Shang. Old Nun came to the capital for some ultimate plan as well, and reminds Ziyi to focus on the plan. Meanwhile, Hu Fei keeps getting showered with gifts, and acts like he doesn't suspect ulterior motives behind the gestures. Old Feng says he is wandering around the country, bankrupt, yet he keeps financing the generous gifts on Hu Fei.

I didn't expect that Ma Chunhua would be the one to take down Shang Masked Man. Thinking back to the beginning, I understood why she became the executioner. The writer should have cut his scenes by 50%. he was boring. I hope they get rid of Feng next He is boring.

I am only on ep 5, and I have a far-fetched idea. Did Prince Mu Chuan also time jump backwards after his death, and is trying to change the fate of the Mu dynasty, as well as the Lu family?

His face looks familiar in Lost Track of Time. He looks cute as Mu Chuan. The only other drama I watched on his drama list was Jiu Liu Overlord, but I can't recall his character.

I have started to binge watch this drama, completing four episodes yesterday. I had no idea about the story, but by episode 4, the FL has time jumped backwards, which is a different spin. For once, flashbacks are being used efficiently, as Lu An Ran recalls the event, minute by minute, so she can be proactive. I will see how long it takes for the novelty to wear off.
