Postponed? Disney+ hypocrisy. Just cancel it and let this predator pay the penalty for it, maybe that'd stop him from preying at more young girls in the future.
I guess "Family Friendly" also mean grooming a minor to be your sexual partner as soon as they're legal now?
It really is nauseating to see people - especially women - still defend this pathetic garbage excuse of a human being. Women are still not believed even after her death. He really do deserve his fans, cut from the same clothe
If only they protected Kim Sae-ron this hard when she was alive. Because she didn’t just give up. She took new projects, tried to push forward, tried to rebuild. But when every path kept shutting in her face, when the industry she gave everything to discarded her, when there was no one left to pull her back - she truly believed there was no way out. She was trapped, discarded, and erased until she genuinely believed she had no future.
She was 24. She should have had years ahead to heal, to rebuild, to prove people wrong, to find joy again. But she didn't get that chance, and it really looks like this pathetic sadsack and his agency played a big role in that.
So yes. I grief and I rage for her, not just mourning her death, but for her unnecessary suffering prior to.
And of course we also lost the decades of amazing performances she had ahead of her.
I don't know which one is worse, this disgusting predator, or his still loyal legion of fans that still stood behind him over his predatory action on young girls.
I guess he does deserve his legions of fans watching all his fan meet again. He does prefer them to have 0 brain, 0 moral, 0 common sense, and 0 shame. The perfect fit of fans for this groomer pedo predator.
I've said enough about Kim Sae-ron's untimely passing and where I stand with it. The fact that there are still people who somehow able to stand behind this predator pedophile give me enough on what to know about the fans of this entertainment.
We're not the same, so defend this pedo groomer all you want. I won't justify your pitiful existence or interact with you.
I totally agree with you. I've rarely been more annoyed by a male lead like with this drama and you've described…
Yes, thank you! KDrama really need to move away from this overly obsessive toxic ML trope who got jealous even before they started dating and we kdrama watchers really need to demand a better standard for a main romance ML.
And than you for bringing up Jun's story, I completely missed that too. Kim Jae-wook was too good of an actor to just be relegated to a simple emotional manipulation tool for the unlikable ML, albeit nailing that part to perfection.
I wholeheartedly agree with this. I don't know how people can see whatever the ML was doing as romantic and not borderline harassment. The ML was absolutely selfish, offensive, and clearly has no concept of personal boundaries. And the FL, being a strong independent woman, ended up going back to him anyway, regardless of what he did for ghosting her for 5 years. Which he never explained at all, she just ended up piecing the information herself.
Also really? the scene where he keep accidentally "bumping" into her? we already have a term for that, stalking.
This tired toxic ML trope really needs to go and KDrama watchers really need a better male standard for themselves. Remove the main romance, and the drama would be just fine without it. Absolutely pointless.
The worst critics for women are other women. Men would never cared if you wear the same outfits two days in a row to the office for example, but don't tell me other women won't gossip about it.
This is definitely on my radar as the plot summary sounds pretty interesting. Also hopefully the drama that let Park Hyung-sik finally breaks away from his typecast "clean-shaven cookie cutter good guy" role.
Damn...I only followed her recently but this really breaks my heart. Wishing her a more peaceful and happier 2025 filled with nothing but love. From what little I learned about her, Zhao Lu Si sounds like a great person.
We often forget that these actors are human too, no one should have this level of health issue at fucking 24 years old.
this review put into words exactly what i felt about the romnace and the male lead. everyone hypes it up while…
Yeah, I don't know who the target audience of this drama is. While I don't mind a relationship evolves from "friend's sister" to "girlfriend", Jia Xu never changed his perception at all even after they were dating. It just made every single romance scenes after really uncomfortable to watch and I don't know how anyone can cheer on them.
