A lot of stuff are different. In the webtoon it’s more focused on the characters. If you read the webtoon you’ll get more details about the relationship between short hair girl and Bora and other stuff like that. The female teacher never stayed with them, she went to a shelter since the beginning and a male teacher replaced her and stayed with the class the whole webtoon. There were two kids that were kicked out or dropped out for running away. The whole thing with exploding the building and the platoon sacrificing himself never happened in the webtoon. Also more people died. It’s been a long time since I read the webtoon so I forgot some details
