Failed remake
The great thing about the original Japanese version is that it's absurd and excessive all the time. This makes it very funny.
The Thai remake fails to capture this humor, leaving us with a bland and often unfunny romantic comedy. The scenes are not very inventive. The absurdity becomes a little crazy, and the whole thing is wrapped up in a “cute and cuddly” packaging that has no interest whatsoever.
To make matters worse, Earth and Mix are perhaps not the best choice for this type of role, which is far removed from what they usually play. They don't look very comfortable.
I ended up watching episode 8 with half the scenes skipped. A sign to give up. What a pity, I really liked the Japanese version!
