Frustrating
This series could have been enjoyable, but I gave up.The biggest issue is the main character, Keen – he’s just unbearable: constantly angry, blaming everyone for everything, especially his boyfriend. On top of that, the actor playing him isn’t doing a great job, which doesn’t help. The other actors perform better.
As for the plot, it’s pretty thin. Once the money issues are solved, new money problems pop up out of nowhere. It’s not very original. There are also lazy plot devices, like how the leads suddenly fall in love with no real buildup.
After yet another one of Keen’s outbursts, I decided to stop watching.

Why am I watching?
I know it’s not a documentary, but still! Could we at least have a minimum of coherence, both historically and within the story itself? Early 20th century, with multiple LGBT people more or less openly living their truth? Unthinkable. A male couple holding hands in front of one of their fathers? Unthinkable. A low-class Thai man who’s never been to school—likely illiterate in his own language—yet learns French effortlessly? Unthinkable. Honestly, the story could be transplanted to 2025 without changing a thing. And what a story… it’s so bland! Nothing much happens—just nobles taking French lessons, endlessly repeating “Bonjour, comment ça va?” And unlucky for them, I’m French, so I can confidently say that Inn is not speaking the language at all. No effort there. No more effort in character consistency either, except for Thee, whose determination I appreciate, though it’s hardly believable for the era.Truthfully, the real question is: why am I watching this? I know there’s an audience for this kind of series—a large audience that just wants harmless little love stories—and that’s perfectly fine. Maybe I just need to accept once and for all that GMM is no longer what it used to be: the leader of BL in every sense—scripts, actors, budget… I’d rather stick to my memories: the good series Dark Blue Kiss, Bad Buddy, 1000 Stars, Last Twilight, Friendzone, Sotus (1st season), Be My Favorite, and especially the excellent Moonlight Chicken. From now on, their increasingly identical and overly bland romance series just aren’t for me. In Memoir of Rati, they spare us the classic mutual hair-drying scene (there are limits to how unrealistic they’ll go), but don’t worry—you’ll get it in My Magic Prophecy.

Not very inventive
The premise is interesting, no one can deny that. The problem is that you know from the start exactly what’s going to happen and how. Zero creativity, and everything is delivered in the tone of a very conventional, formulaic romantic comedy. You’d expect Pai to be less nice to Tim; and North’s immaturity eventually becomes hard to stomach. The acting is fairly decent overall, except for Ohm, who doesn’t seem to believe in what he’s doing at all.Once again, the goal is to highlight two actor pairings that will probably deliver great fan service afterward. But as for the series itself, it’s too soft, too flat, not deep enough. You end up yawning while watching their little stories that are bound to end well. I honestly wonder how I made it through 10 episodes.

Too superficial
We've got some really good subjects: relationships between men in the very heteronormed world of boxing, debts, work relationships, complex romantic relationships... Unfortunately, all these subjects are tackled with a damaging lightness. There's absolutely zero depth. We have adult stories with immature characters. It's predictable and conventional. The characters are too much, and to make matters worse I find that Great's acting is not good at all. We don't believe in his character for a moment.
I got fed up and stopped watching.

Failed remake
The great thing about the original Japanese version is that it's absurd and excessive all the time. This makes it very funny. The Thai remake fails to capture this humor, leaving us with a bland and often unfunny romantic comedy. The scenes are not very inventive. The absurdity becomes a little crazy, and the whole thing is wrapped up in a “cute and cuddly” packaging that has no interest whatsoever.
To make matters worse, Earth and Mix are perhaps not the best choice for this type of role, which is far removed from what they usually play. They don't look very comfortable.
I ended up watching episode 8 with half the scenes skipped. A sign to give up. What a pity, I really liked the Japanese version!

It is so exaggerated that it is becoming exhausting
We have here a story of ordinary high school students who discover love and who, as they grow up, come to have different desires and paths. It's not very innovative but why not.The problem is that everything in this series is exaggerated. The main characters, first of all, are too much: one is ultra whiny and childish, the other is stuck in a stereotype of an unrefined teenager but with a tender heart. The story then, which lingers too long on their umpteenth existential questions. The secondary characters too, totally inconsistent. Finally, the acting, really exaggerated, especially from Earth, who got us used to better. It's probably not helpful to cast 25 year olds as 15 year old teenagers.
In the end, it doesn't move forward, it's too predictable and I find it badly constructed. I ended up giving up.

I loved it!
An excellent, very interesting series. The fantasy aspect is not excessive and the police plot is well handled. The pace is good, with no lulls. You're captivated by the story.Sensitive subjects are dealt with without exaggeration: corruption, mafia, murder, impunity. A welcome change from the constant sensationalism of this kind of story.
There's no Manicheanism, and we know that not everything is black and white. Another good point.
As for the many very explicit sex scenes, apart from the first one, which I found excessive, the others fit the story well. The first scene between the 2 heroes is hooootttt
Best BL series of 2024?

Bad start
A 28-year-old man who has never kissed anyone. If the reason is anything other than not accepting his own homosexuality or a past trauma, it’s hard to believe. It really feels like a not-very-realistic series. As for the story itself, the idea is good: three men in love with the same person. The problem is that this highly desired main character is wanted for strange reasons: he’s immature, inconsistent, and seems to have no passion other than drinking, even though he can’t handle alcohol at all. He constantly gets himself into unlikely situations, easily avoidable. We have no idea what they see in him.
The episode 5 trailer looks like it might finally move the plot forward a bit, so I’m staying for now. Let’s hope it gets better.

Series too messy
The story is interesting, but the way it’s told lacks coherence. The scenes aren’t always very clear. It’s not that it’s complicated, but it’s a bit confusing. Even the actors seem a bit lost at times. It feels like we’re watching the draft of what could be a good series. The special effects are really cheap, which doesn’t help.
The last episode is much better. I wish the rest of the series had been of the same quality.

Not bad but far from unforgettable
Right from the start, it feels like Lakorn, to our delight: excessive acting, big production, tons of drama, ultra-cheap special effects. You start hoping for a second To Sir, With Love.Alas, the series quickly devolves into an unpretentious little comedy, and the charm of Lakorn disappears. The poor acting, especially by the man who plays Wee, doesn't help matters. We start to get bored.
The last part is a little more dynamic and saves the whole thing. Still, this series won't make the list of BL's best!

A pleasant series to watch but with some imperfections
What's striking about this series is that, although it's tempting to compare it to KinnPorsh, it's the exact opposite. Here, the writers focus more on the police and fantasy plot than on the love affair between the two heroes. The references to Buddhist mythology are appreciable, and the storyline is well-crafted.The story is followed with interest, without excessive length. It works. But this series has one big problem: the acting, which really isn't up to scratch. And the further we get into the episodes, the worse it gets. The ending, though interesting and less Manichean than might have been expected, is spoiled by it. Too bad!

A simple story of student love well executed
I hadn't planned on watching this series, but after seeing the two main actors in Moonlight Chicken, I changed my mind. Usually I don't watch high school series because they are a bit too childish for my taste. Here, indeed, we don't have a very mature story, which is normal, but at least it is well executed.GMM is finally making an effort to stop showing us basic BLs written by straight women for straight women where homosexuality doesn't exist and the realism of LGBTQ+ lives is absent. In this series , we describe real lives, coming out, society's acceptance. Even if we remain anchored in student problems, which is quite normal, we adhere without getting bored.
Another positive point: the actors seem to have the age of their character. It's a change from all the shows where 25 years old guys play 15 years old kids. I have a special thought for MY ONLY 12% which is the exact opposite of MY SCHOOL PRESIDENT.
Plus, the acting is good. The secondary characters, although numerous, bring a little more to the story.
In conclusion, I would say that we spend a good time watching this series which is not necessarily very inventive but well executed.

An original scenario for a series quite pleasant to watch
It's true that this series has some flaws: some scenes are too long while others lack depth. The multiverse stories are not explained enough. Once again we are served the "I'm not gay but". I specify that this concept has strictly nothing to do with pansexuality. It's just that the writers refuse to accept that a masculine man can be gay.But beyond that, we have quite good actors, a rather interesting story and the will to make a different series. It's pleasant to watch and we don't get bored.
I didn't see the first ending. I just watched the ending 11.2 "Wake Up" and I admit that it's rather sloppy. It's not very believable and a bit of a slog. Some topics are totally forgotten but maybe they are covered in the original ending?
All in all, even if it's not the best series of all time, we have a good time. I recommend it.

A very weak storyline
They market this as a crime series, but the plot is barely developed because the sole purpose of this show seems to be having the characters flirt with each other excessively. The inconsistencies pile up. In just three episodes, we’ve had the same pointless story repeated three times. The acting, which is average at best, doesn’t help either.Personally, I’m bored watching it, so I’m stopping here.

Bad start
The series has just begun, but there are already two big issues:1/ Apo has disappeared, and the two main characters couldn’t care less. Where is he??
2/ Suriya keeps insisting on this marriage, even though he doesn’t love Apo, doesn’t need money, and his own mother is against it. Why??
Also, it’s supposed to be a comedy, but it’s never funny. The spy character is ridiculous. As for the plot, once the setup is done… well, there’s not much left! We just spent an entire episode talking about stolen belongings in a luxury hotel. Pretty thin!
A lot of scenes feel very formulaic—it’s like watching GMMTV… And to top it off, there’s zero chemistry between the two leads. I don’t buy it for a second.
Writing this, I’m realizing I’ll probably drop the show. One last chance with the next episode!
