The BL is really light in this one but I still enjoyed this movie. The two school gang leaders kissing at the end really threw me off lol, after all they weren't the BL couple in this! But it was a welcoming conclusion none the less! I guess it was their way of "making peace".
Even though this show pretty much ditches the BL after a few episodes, I watched it all the way threw. Not a good BL show, but definitely a great teamwork/friends show.
Disturbing, sad and confusing (at first). Once I realized what was ACTUALLY going on after a second viewing, I was horrified. Acceptance isn't easy, and those rejected by society can become monsters.
Great show, well produced and beautiful. But my goodness China, way to suck the romance out! But then again, if they ever kissed then one of them would probably have died in the end. Its 2018 China, get with the times!
OMG am I the only one who thinks its hot when they physically get into a fight? Lmao this was an exciting show that was completely different from the usual BL movies I watch! Absolutely loved it! Almost has a Romeo and Juliet quality to it.
Wine is creepier than the vampire!!! Lol I enjoyed it but the blood going threw the tubes literally made me vomit, I have a weak constitution when it comes to blood.
I agree the ending kind of sucked, but it also left room for hope. He said that he loves him, but couldn't be his boyfriend. That doesn't mean he won't change his mind when they get a bit older and more confident with themselves.
Even though I love Yan Fei, I felt so bad for Chen Ping Jun! He was the sweetest boyfriend ever! Shame on you Su Hai Qing! You broke his heart and cheated on him! Su Hai Qing was so self-centered and selfish , he made me so mad! I hope that Pink-Haired friend of Su Hai Qing gets with Chen Ping Jun if there is ever a season 2, I just want to give Chen Ping Jun a BIG hug!
I love Korn and Knock! OMG they are too cute together! And Yuhwa, I absolutely LOVE Yuhwa! I watched the series for the BL with Korn and Knock, but I found myself cheering for Cho and Yuhwa! Lol although I thought she could have been nicer to him, I found her hilarious and I enjoy EVERY scene/moment with Yuhwa! So when she showed up in Together With Me, I was very happy :). The people annoyed by Yuhwa, from what I have read, are either humorless, find her rude or just hate the series as a whole. Sorry but I think you people are dead wrong, but that's my subjective opinion. I mean, Cho was really oppressive about his desires so I understand her hesitation completely! But haters are gonna hate. Definitely one of my favorites, a bit over-the-top at parts but what comedy-romance isn't? I was a little upset by the ending, the guy who I suspected to be gay (and he was cute as hell!) turns out to also be the main villain and gets committed in the end. As a gay person who's fallen for a straight guy too, I couldn't help but feel sorry for him even after the crazy stuff he did. My Dear was a great villain! I loved to hate her!
I personally like the series better. Many prefer the movie, and it was a wonderful movie. But the ending was sad and I'm so sick of Chinese-like endings for gay romances. This series has two cute leads, and a fresh take on their relationship that I find very satisfying. I cannot wait until season 2!!! Please give this series a try, I think it was well done and has a more comedic side than the movie did. But also watch the movie, both are worth a viewing!
-I marked this as spoiler because I mentioned the tone of the movie's ending which some people might not have seen.
