I remember that in the novel there is only one funeral, which is female lead's grandfather's. So why in the trailer male lead fight wearing a funeral clothes.
Is Yan Xun going to hug Chu Qiao again in ep 30? Doesn't she have hands to push him away? Now she has married Zhuge Yue, and still she let's Yan Xun do as he pleases. Is she two-timing? ๐ค
More or less. In the novel, 2 years after the ice lake incident, the ML becomes way too powerful. Not like in the drama. In the novel, there is no poison. Instead, the ML was rescued by people from a very harsh land. Then he became their king and made that place his princedom. He made that place a prosperous land without slavery and even built his own army with thousands of soldiers. He went back to Great Yong to become the most powerful official. After the emperor's death, he cut ties with his family and went back to his princedom. A few years later, he separated his princedom from Great Yong and made it an independent nation, which is a prosperous place where the law is the same for everyone. As for the female lead, she has her own army. Even though, after the lake incident, she doesn't go to war that much. Mainly, there is a fight when she wants to leave the Yan kingdom, then there is a fight after Li Ce's death, and then in the end, there is a large-scale war against the Yan kingdom. After the lake, it's mainly about her trying to live a peaceful life with the people she cares about and following the ML to his princedom. And in the drama, the FL meets Yan Xun again and again. But in the novel, after the lake incident, they meet each other only after 10 years, during a war. At that time, the FL and ML are married and even have 2 children. In the novel, even though Yan Xun wants to have the FL, he isn't an annoying, lovesick fool as in the drama. In the novel, he always puts his kingdom before the FL. So in the drama, they changed the ML's situation a lot. They made Yan Xun a little bit more annoying and made the FL a little bit stronger than in the novel. Probably because this is a female-centric drama. Also in the novel, Li Ce is probably more powerful and intelligent than in the drama. So other than the ML's situation, other situations are quite similar to the novel.
Is it only me who thinks that, in both the novel & drama, Chu Qiao takes Zhuge Yue's affection, protection, and kindness for granted? She may love him, but when it comes to Li Ce or Yan Xun, most of the time Chu Qiao puts Zhuge Yue in second place. She knows it will hurt him, but still goes her own way because he always understands her and supports her. Even in the novel, even after knowing she is pregnant with Zhuge Yue's child, she still goes to the war. She had already rescued Li Ce's child but still went to the war to defend the city without even listening to her subordinates. Li Ce is already dead. She had already done her best by protecting his children. Does she have to sacrifice her child and herself without considering how Zhuge Yue would feel if something really happened to her? Zhuge Yue already told her that he would not be able to send help for her because he was also in the middle of a war. If he hadn't arrived in time with reinforcements, she definitely would have died along with their child. In both the novel and the drama, I always feel Zhuge Yue deserves better. As much as she cares about Li Ce's kindness to her, or about people's safety, or about her past relationship with Yan Xun, she should also care a lot about Zhuge Yue, who is willing to do anything for her and loves and supports her unconditionally without expecting anything back from her. He is the person she loves. (This is only my personal opinion about the characters without any hate for any actor or actress or the drama itself.) ๐
Can some one help me plz? 1) should i watch princess agent before watching this? 2)Are those drama brutal? 3)…
It's a HE. In the novel, the ML was rescued by ordinary people after he fell into the frozen lake, not by that masked guy. (I can't remember his name. If I'm right there wasn't a masked guy like that in the novel.) And he wasn't poisoned. Later he become the leader of those people who rescued him and made that place his princedom. That place is a harsh land where Great Yong criminals were exiled. But he made that place a prosperous land. Then ZY and CQ get married and have three children (2 sons & 1 daughter). Later, they together made that place a land where the law is same for everyone, and ZY banned slave system as CQ wished. After that, they separated their land from Great Yong and became a independent nation. ZY became the ruler there, and CQ became his only wife. He even canceled the multiple wife and concubine system, and started a single wife system. They rule their nation together. If there is a sad thing, it should be that Li Ce will die according to the novel.
What will happen to Ye Rong in the end? Will she loose her job or something like that? or will she only be in ep 30 with Xing Jie and let her get away like that?
I think that broken heart emoji (ep 20,21,22 in air schedule calendar) is for LYS. Because in the novel soon after he get to know about the truth about his accident (the fact that his blind date isn't FL) he leaves without saying anything to anyone, only leaving a hand written letter to NXG telling about his true feelings for her. (there is a letter emoji in ep 23-24) When she call him after reading the letter he answered and she tell him come to see her in her hometown. LYS come to see her and they travel around the city. Then NXG confess her feelings for him and they become a official couple. (there is a healing heart emoji in ep 25-26) There is no years of separation in the novel. Only a few days of separation and they become a couple. I think drama also be the same.
If it is where can I read the English translation?
