The most plausible ending is actually moonjo being alive. But it is an open ending after all so there is no right or wrong just depends how you interpreted it. But for me I believe moonjo is alive. I find it hard to put my thoughts into words so please bare with me ! I can’t be bothered typing a lot so I’ll just be giving a few key points why the evidence points at moonjo in fact being alive. Obviously Jongwoo is having a psychotic break so his narration is unreliable at this point. There’s a lot to dissect in the “moonjo death scene” if you want I can go more into it but basically him killing moonjo was all a hallucination. Key point of that is jongwoos girlfriend clearly seeing Jongwoo play out by himself the roles of the death scene. Some might think well maybe he’s reliving it but you can not see moonjos body. Another key point is the fact the police officer saw moonjo, yes it could of been a result of ptsd but I would imagine she would be hallucinating the old lady or the creepy perv guy. And previously moonjo also did the same thing while he was alive. I will give another key point and then I will say the most important information so bare with me. To simply point it “stalker angles” the camera work implies the police officer is being watched which they used that in the shoe when in fact moonjo was stalking. Ok now for the biggest point is Jongwoo was not wearing the teeth bracelet with miss police lady before and now he so happens to be wearing it when the police officer sees moonjo ????? But anyways it can be taken in this way or the sense Jongwoo has now merged personalities with moonjo as a result of The trauma

I think people read to deeply in this show and as a result feel disappointed because it wasn’t as “insane” as they had pictured
