Its in English on Disney plus but Hulu has both dubbed in English and Korean choices to watch it.
D+ has both too. When the first ep started playing on D+ it was automatically dubbed in English but I just switched it to Korean audio with English subtitles.
Ep 1 is on the slower side since it's all pretty much backstory and setup. By the end of the second episode you'll see the direction the story is taking (as with most dramas tbh).
Is there any scene any character (might be a supporting character) doing dr*gs?
A few, yes. There's a scene early on in the drama where some girl in the club dissolves it in water and drinks it. I remember BIBI's character dissolving it in water and explaining how to recognize "the good stuff". I don't specifically remember other scenes but I'm sure there are a couple more like that.
Damn Bibi πShe literally ripped off Chang Wook's lipsBy the way, what Joon Moo did at the end was admirable,…
Omg, I never even thought of the church angle, you're so right! He really did all he could to give Ki Chul a second chance and yet it sadly didn't work out.
While watching the opening scene of ep.1, it reminded me of a zombie movie.π
It reminded me of the ep 1 opening scene from Strangers from Hell. I got the same "brutality in a hallway" vibes, for a moment I thought it was the same director.
ok so I just finished the worst of evil and I kind of found the bromance towards the end to be forced? truth is…
The way I see it, Gi Cheol wanted to kill himself because they both lied to him and so he wanted to make them feel guilty for it. Jun Mo killed him so that his wife wouldn't feel like she pushed Gi Cheol into committing suicide and so that she wouldn't feel guilty for it.
Also I don't feel like the bromance was forced, there was some kind of connection between them. Once you start spending that much time with someone you start seeing their most vulnerable and human moments too and you then view them as a real person, not just another wanted criminal. Gi Cheol deserved to pay for his crimes but I think Jun Mo also saw a bit of himself in him, seeing how relatively easy it was for him personally to cross the line and come to the dark side when there's a strong enough motive (like in episode 9).
look bro, I just binge watched the drama from first episode to last like in one sitting, like crazy. Good story,…
Sure he did. They both changed too much and their dynamic changed too, He saw how much she cared for Gi Cheol (and the cross necklace on those flowers suggests she had already visited the grave before he did). Plus she saw him do some gruesome things while undercover. He went to the dark side too many times, she kept wondering what happened to the guy she married. He also did develop some feelings towards Haeryun, not exactly love but he sure cared for her. And once you start feeling any warm feelings towards someone who's not your spouse you're marriage can't stay the same.
Watching this only for Sung Joon, we'll see if I persist. I've been waiting for him to make a drama comeback for so long. The vibes remind me of My Mister and My Liberation Notes, both very beloved dramas but both dramas I personally strongly disliked.
