I absolutely loved it! Hyun Bin is an amazing actor and he played both characters incredibly well. People seem to forget that it's a show, don't take it that serious. Just enjoy the story! I cried my eyes out on the last two episodes. But I loved the ending!! Well done! I'm glad I watched it.
Serious question: at what point do we stop referring to actors as idols? She has been an actress and not a member of an active girl group for 10 years. I also still see Si Wan and Park Hyung Sik being referred to as idol actors. Is idol-actor a label they get to keep for life, or does it expire after 10 years? Or after 20? I feel like at some point we should just refer to them just as professional actors, shouldn't we? There must be a whole new generation of k-drama viewers by now who only know them as actors...
I can tell Kim Jung Hyun is a good actor, but his performance in this was way too makjang for me. He's so over the top and it doesn't gel with the rest of the drama; it just felt out of place. To some extent that can be explained by the character being totally unhinged, but to me it came across like he was doing too much, to the point where it occasionally became comical and made me laugh despite the serious tone.
I agree that ep 15 and 16 were off. Didn’t ruin the show but made it a bit weaker. Loved the maturity in this show, lee min ki is one of my favourites after this and the liberation notes.
omg people still watching this and leaving comments warm up my heart came here to see the drama profile as i missed the show and just saw a edits am so happy people are finding and loving this beautiful drama
I'm okay with all the actions and behaviour of Ji-ho in the last 2 episodes. What I wasn't okay with was that they dragged it too much. Instead of simply letting the audience know what she's thinking, they kept making her speak in riddles and confusing us in the process. It doesn't feel poetic if you keep talking that way for 1 hour of the episode 😷
Its scientifically proven that a korean writer will literally die if they don't insert love triangles. Except the nobraCEO couple, almost Every single conflict is created by/from a love triangle.
the writes at least should have made a good reason

Doing things like that at work are messy but appeal is usually due to excitement and attraction when that is not present it's just creepy.
Bok Nam was crossing lines It's just that hot people get away with lot of stuff due to their appearance.
Of course if you are Bok Nam, you’re just being flirty and goofing around, silly.
Oh the hypocrisy. Oh my the double standards.
