Literally same feeling ya... Why the hell are they making Jipyeong cry always when all he wants is some love and care.... No matter how hard I try I can't relate with NDS and his backstory was really poor and toooo late to introduce now... His reasons seem really lame and fake excuses... The writers really played with NJH... At last the preview really got on my nerves... WTH ... They just reconcile as if nothing big happened... If the story goes on like that, then surely it'll lose more than half of the audience.. Had they planned and fixed on this from the beginning, they should have wrapped this up earlier... Actually Nam do san is the nerdy type who mainly cares about facts... Even his friend mentioned in a scene that he doesn't believe in palm - psychology or something like that (I forgot)... But he acted like he believes it only for Dalmi... This is what makes him different... he only acts as the person who Dalmi likes but not the one actually...

Do Hyun Su in flower of evil was infact a good person by heart who was wrongly accused just because of his Father due to which he suffered a lot and was yearning for true love unknowingly... And that's when he met cha Ji won and started developing feelings for her (though she was the one who started it and pushed it forward)... And more importantly, he didn't manipulate his identity in order to be with her... His identity manipulation was something he did even before meeting her and that was the only way for him to survive in that harsh world where no one was there for him to lean on...
Now coming to startup, this is a whole different story... NDS took the place of HJP knowingly and only to save her face at the party just after reading the letters... Infact it was more like a love at first sight thing with NDS... Whereas Jipyeong and Dalmi relationship is more like a genuine one and it developed naturally and is more strong... HJP asked NDS to just act only on that day but Dosan was the one who wanted to continue it even after knowing that HJP likes her and they go a long way back... He even knows it clearly when Suzy mentioned the reason for liking him all which pointed to JP... So this is what makes things different between both the dramas to me... Cha Ji won in FOE liked the real Do Hyun Su but Dal mi started liking Do San only because she thought he was the same as her penpal... Even though the writers messed it up at the end of ep 7 by saying that the little difference between old do san and the new is what makes her heart flutter just to take the leads forward...
