I really hated how the ML was kept in the dark regarding his daughter, and the death of ha eun, he should have been informed ! I understand that Mi so kind of wanted her to live on in a way, but she literally made her out to be as someone who left her daughter behind?
I remember watching the chinese movie a long time ago even though I dont recall much of it (except that I didnt like/hated the ML and he got on my nerves) the ML in this was kind of ok.. Loved this version, maybe because I dont remember the events that much or this one felt more elaborated in a way? and the leads in both versions did great
I loved their friendship and how they kept supporting each other despite falling off!
Strangely I have not cried at any scene in the drama so far. But I sure do have really felt very bad at some scenes.
I havent either, but its certainly driving me mad with all the tragic things thats happening to her, writer is doing her bad big time, from her parents and brother to husband and then son and now her.. the farm seems to be next and then when she finds out the truth behind everything..
This is a good watch, its not binge watchable 2 episodes are a max, it has plot holes I would say ( put in mind…
Media can be damn scary honestly, the way they showed the last episode and how everyone still supported him later on, how he manipulated everyone was just ... no comment lol
wish in the end they actually spoke about Hu Jian He and how he was innocent
This is a good watch, its not binge watchable 2 episodes are a max, it has plot holes I would say ( put in mind that the focus is not mystery but rather psychological aspects and the effect of media on the whole thing), and its very well directed yet should have been shorter.
The leads did great in their roles, chris wu still as charming as ever
This is quite good, the OST is great, the cinematography and direction is beautiful, the leads chemistry is ..…
I would say it started out boring and shallow? and then it kinda grows on you, the fl is such a cutie and charming person that she brough life to her character, and their relationship was nice and all but then everything went downhill when they made the FL a selfish character, wish they wrote this part in a more mature way, it was sad seeing them drift away and hurting each other, and then they rushed it all with no true communication between the leads (even the part where he speaks about his ex who died in an accident were never shown just showed that he told her, wish they actually showed it as it would make their relationship more intimate and real rather than all the kissing scenes), dialogues between them lacked even though their emotions were beautifully portrayed.
even Yuan Qi, they never showed him knowing that He Ran is her daughter it would have been nice to see ( their story was quite good, but it should have started earlier rather than midway through, i think they just wanted to make the mother's character unlikable for her daughter's story sake )
nevertheless it was a good and different watch from usual Chinese dramas, its more similar to their movies I would say
This is quite good, the OST is great, the cinematography and direction is beautiful, the leads chemistry is .. intense? and the FL is on point, she is a promising actress and nailed this role honestly!
I would say the editing/ direction was off sometimes (maybe thats the writing even), Im not talking about the cut scenes, but the transition and timings were off that I never knew when everything happened and the time difference? it was annoying
I skipped alot honestly, mainly to the fact that they were ... kids?!
I dont think I would recommend this movie to anyone =/
I kind of liked the ML's acting, but not the FL
