If you've used MDL long enough you know not everyone uses or checks tags. Putting a warning like that in the comments is only so that people don't get traumatized watching something they didn't intend to see.

Yes, shocking scenes can work traumatizing to some people regardless of their past experiences. Mayby not for you, thats great but for others its good to know beforehand to avoid it. Its not making it MORE stressful for anyone as the people who don't want to see it can just not watch it and those who do want to continue can watch.

Good show, it is pretty emotional at a certain point.

I have found some interesting pictures online of this show. Am interested, this has potential and I'm willing to cast away my inherent bias against medical shows to try it.

Yeah we got unlucky, it updated just in time to take over number 1 place since tomorrow Ghost Doctor will disappear from airing list.

Wasn't great but I loved the aesthetics of the movie with the futuristic stuff. They really did that part well.

I think there have been Korean BLs on top 5 before but never on first place. It's super difficult to beat the straight romance bighits from Korea. So with Ghost Doctor ending soon there is a chance at number 1 as long as the algorithm doesn't suddenly jump a different straight romance kdrama to the top.

MDL uses a system that we don't know the exact specific of but theres a few important factors that are easily identifiable. Generally the amount of viewers and the rating are both taken into account to form a final ranking of a show.

But yeah some highrated kdramas with thousands of viewers don't show up in top 5. This is usually a mistake on the part of MDL algorithm that usually gets solved after a while with the show suddenly popping up in there. I think a fast rise in ranking for certain shows is slowed to prevent manipulation of the sites ranking. So you'll just have to wait a bit longer to see them and for the algorithm to let it catch up.
