The main thing that does not make sense, isn't even the mom, it's the fact, they didn't brief in detail about their past few years (workplace drama, relationships with people, etc...) to each other
This drama is so fun so far.If you want a fun comedy drama with some really good scenes that hits perfectly, this…
😂😂😂that’s not why people are hating on it. The reason is because of TikTok?? How did you come to that conclusion.
The reason is simple, they made her boyfriend and past into a main part of the series, when the past is like every body, normal and fleeting, nothing special happened for her to be that attached especially after so many years passed by.
Then the chemistry is weak for most people, plus the fl is a borderline Mary sue and the ml is going through what most kdrama romance watchers have been complaining about, a ml that is a simp, sticking to her like glue while the fl has a range of options with self respect.
Most of which would have been okay if the series was 16 episodes with time to space everything, but it’s 10, they still have to go through the misunderstanding arc then 1 or half an episode of being free of kdrama other arcs and just be happy
The female lead’s personality. She was expressive, bubbly lively and comedic without feeling like she was overdoing it.
Those kind of webcomic personalities are hard to reproduce on screen, because they used a lot of visuals aside from her expression to show what she is going through.
It felt like this was how the average person would behave if they were in her shoes
I actually liked how it started, like things are already happening before we knew them so it’s like a prequel to when the actual show starts, as seen in the next trailer
first time I think because the ml is favorite for majority of viewers lol in other dramas you see two different…
I think it’s more of the ex bringing such a serious undertone to it and trailers/promotional photos feeding us lies.
If the ex wasn’t afraid to take the fall for his mistake, was charismatic or funny. No one would really bat an eye.
Plus it’s 10 episodes, who wants to watch a red flag for 4 eps+, while going to transition to the ml/fl betrayal/misunderstanding arc. Then most likely just half an episode of them getting together
16 episode dramas have time to spoil us ml/fl interactions, after or before the ex grievances.

Food plus romance wasn't too much to ask for, it's like tvn saw into the future and decided to give us quality immediately this one fumbled. Hopefully, unwritten Seoul doesn't fumble, or this current running season is filled with mid/passable drama's with no redemption.
Too bad, I think I am putting this on-hold for now, watching too many things and already behind. Need to prioritize,…
Honestly, the gurl is dumb, after what I went through because of you. And we didn't see nor talk for years!!! Now let's talk about the writers, they could have made ml stumble upon the cert's/pics and just ask
Started off strong, thought it was going to be about food food, few episodes about food and love then moved towards love triangle and business as the the main focal point. The chemistry isn't that strong btw any of the characters.
He called mi ji by her name, 11/10 minutes to the ending. He was watching her sleep
