I will say for some shows or movies that are more than 5 year old, the only way i can find is from Gcinee site. Also I think how or if they are getting money is maybe clicks on the cite it self or clicking on the links. I know that they make it easier for me to find links that are on Google Photos/Google Drive but not available or subs not available on YouTube, daily motion, kissasian or etc. But I do see your point too. I personally try to wait for the show to be over for a while to just binge or like in most cases for the subs to be put up.
