This show knows how to take my happy smile and set it ablaze...because how did we go from breaking into Joe's house to his Mom's diagnosis of kidney failure to Ming's audacious request for Joe to be his stand-in? Like...Sir...be quiet! How did you go from being Tong's stand-in (stupid Tong) to being your stand-in...in a relationship you have already lived through? Joe come on, that child hmmm....there are others out there who would appreciate and love you way better than this guy. Headache and for what.....five million and a house for your mom.....at least ask for more money if you have to survive for a year.
Alright, I've just finished the episode, and unsurprisingly, Ming is still terrible. He's attempting to be the "best boyfriend" two years later as if he hadn't committed all those heinous acts. For me to invest in this redemption arc, it needs to be impactful because merely seeing a fortune teller and sipping tea in a misty forest isn't cutting it. I want Joe to confront him with the same intensity as a reminder of his actions and to see Ming grovel and seek forgiveness (although I'm not in favour of them getting back together). It's great that Joe has people like his new mom and Wut looking out for him, especially Wut who is cautious of both Ming and Tong. Yet, Joe seems to be stuck in his past life rather than enjoying his new beginning especially since his mom is in debt. Come on Joe, you've been given a second chance at life; don't waste it by trying to reunite with Ming.

You know what....there is not enough energy in me to care that Ming might be sad that Joe was missing for two years. However, I'm more annoyed that it took one phone call from Tong for him to lock that man up because he was worried that Joe might run around with Sol. Man, I wished he did stuff with Sol because Joe is too nice and that man took his niceness and became the biggest assh*ole, all because he is in love with stupid ass Tong. Joe was so in love with Ming that he couldn't see any of his narcissistic traits and for that I am sad. Tong is a...c*nt...he needs to be hit with that same bat because how do you get mad at someone for taking your role when you don't even do half of the work? Honestly, if Joe goes back to Ming that's all on him, ain't nothing wrong with trying to figure out what he was trying to tell him but....I WAS NOT GOING BACK...AT ALL.
They nearly got me to care about Ming and his sad little love for Tong...but I still hate him even if he didn't know that all along he was in love with Joe's back (LOL) and I'm happy that Joe now knows where he and Ming stand. Tong is slowly being added to the "Time to Get Your Ass Kicked Club" because him getting angry at Joe for getting acting roles is ridiculous...when you've been having him do nearly all your scenes because you don't want to.
Honestly, they should've kept this special episode on the backup drives. It was just a recap of everything from Wela's perspective and what was new was 5 minutes of watch time. Seiji/Japan/Ken needed to be shown to the people, rather it was just "Oh accident!!", have some insurance...same for Great and James. So much could have been done, yet we received so little.

Poom is Mek's stuntman because he looks like him, Winner's body is what Poom woke up in after falling off the cliff. What we saw in episode 1 & 2 were flashbacks to when Poom was Mek's stand in and his then relationship with Ming.
Ming has irritated me to the highest of heavens. "The floor suits you", "What is there about you to get jealous" , "if I didn't answer the door you would have used the condom". My man.... annoying...and then to come back and hear that Joe is in love with him when he only likes him because he looks like Tong. His redemption arc has to be the size of the big bang for me to not want to slap him.
The throuple conclusion was underwhelming. I would have liked to get an approach as to say that Ken and Japan…
Exactly! The instant yes from them threw me off. I like the idea of a throuple, but just throwing it in with one episode left, for Japan to explore these options isn't enough. They needed more time, especially when Japan and Ken were fighting. They could have dropped some proper hints and had Seiji continue with whatever was happening with Ken.
I don't know what's with me and Thai bl endings...I either hate them or I like them. With this one, I'm in between... happy for Wela and Khemtid, Madamn Freya and Meji whilst in-between happiness and confusion for Japan/Seiji/Ken.
All I will say is the throuple dynamics between the three of them...in my head, it can work or it may perish in flames but who knows? Seiji not rebutting Japan's idea was like a shock to me. He just said yes, same with Ken, instant yes. I mean nothing is wrong with trying new things but; Seiji stopped showing Ken feelings when he began getting serious about Japan, and Ken began to accept that Seiji and Japan are in a relationship. Also, do Ken and Japan have any inkling of feelings for each other (Chalarm and Neptune on the other hand... hmm LOL) or is it all for Seiji? Are they just getting together to make Seiji happy? I think they would have been better off exploring the idea of a threesome and then deciding from there. I also feel they could have executed this relationship better.
