His BROTHER dies when he’s a teenager and you yell at him, he uses poor judgement but tries to keep you from…
i can see your point. I can understand her anger and resentment. But his intent was not malicious and was to postpone her pain about Do Young’s death until after her mother’s passing. His act may have been dumb but not evil. And how it must have felt to take on the name and life of your dead brother? where’s the space for his grief in this situation?
She admits it herself at the end of Ep 4 that she’s angry at herself because she thinks telling Do Young about her feelings for Do Ha made him leave and led to his death. And she’s projecting that anger onto Do Ha.
I think I’ve had too much therapy to enjoy Last Summer. The preview gives me some hope that next week will be…
His BROTHER dies when he’s a teenager and you yell at him, he uses poor judgement but tries to keep you from hurting, he disappears when you tells him to, and shows up as a seriously hot & talented architect trying to HONOR his late bro and your friendship, and improve the resident’s lives, and you blame your entire life’s problems on him and “summer”!
I don’t WANT Do Ha to end up with you get therapy.

They keep overdoing that "get out of my face" moment from the past
was so sick of it by the end of Ep 2. I’m ready to be proven wrong by future episodes but did it really need to be repeated 17 times. Like go to therapy.
loved this drama and the actors were amazing. BUT…
Suzume’s freak out in the middle and complete disregard for Keiji’s feelings was not made up for in the last episode. He didn’t even say ‘I’m sorry’ to Keiji for breaking the poor man’s heart! it made me view the last episode as Suzume just got lonely on Xmas eve and wanted his admirer back.
I’m glad they ended up together and happy and it was a beautiful kiss but the writers ruined this drama for me. I needed more redemption from Suzume.
I’m looking forward to when I can rewatch this drama and FF through these episodes.
That is IF Suzume can redeem himself as a character. He agreed to this with Keishi and is now blatantly ignoring his feelings and barely explaining himself. Even if he continues to turn Keishi down, he should know especially as an older person, that he needs to listen and properly talk it through with Keishi. Instead he’s just being a d*ck.
The actors are doing a a great job cause I’m really pissed off lol. If we get Suzume redemption arc in the next ep I need to know WHY he suddenly thinks it’s ok to be together. And not just ‘I miss him I’m sad 😫.’ But like what made you accept the risks you’re so afraid of.

terrible script, saved by wonderful actors. if there’s a S2 I honestly don’t know if I’d watch it.
