Just finished and I’m having mixed feelings. Their chemistry was on fire until they said they like each other and then poof. It’s all gone. Very stoic. I don’t get it.
I’m glad everything is out in the open but the brothers keep acting independently and I hate that this once strong female character is just stuck in the middle at their whim because… love 🤷♀️ .
I hope the writers finish this out with the three of them turning TOWARD each other to take down their crazy ass family but the previews are hinting otherwise. We’ll see where it goes. So far these two episodes are a low point for me.
I'll stop watching this drama for now and will pick it up later when it's done. I'm just so frustrated with the…
I feel the same way. I know we’re supposed to give her because her family is messed up, childhood trauma blah blah, but she’s just a terrible person. not once in the flashbacks have they shown her show him one ounce of affection. like he should worship the ground she walks on. At least in Its Ok To Not Be Ok the FL made clear she desired him. I’m hanging on for character development but bleh.
really loved episodes 2-14. not sure if they hired different writers for the beginning and ending or what? glad I watched it. nice to see something different and creative while still giving me c-drama romance 🥰
Wow. I sure am slow! For the past several weeks I've been watching this show concurrently with 'My Man is Cupid'…
loving him and loving the drama so far! he looks a so good with a little weight on him. I agree about his acting. two completely different roles and he really embodies both.
loved the chemistry between the two leads, as well as the secondary cast. the love between them was so real and I appreciated the acting. super bizarre lack of skinship between two people who obviously love and wanted each other. not pointing that out because I’m pervy or anything, it just was very distracting throughout the show. someone made a very intentional choice to cut that part of their relationship out and I’m curious about the choice.
I’m glad they didn’t make it just another tropey c-drama. this drama had depth and feeling beyond your average coming of age drama. I might revisit it again someday just to bask in the love.
put the MA in draMA!! I loved every minute of it. I need season 2 with the backstory on the SIL and Secretary! and that body guard needs to meet his match in S3. Kudos to the writers, ensemble cast and everyone involved. it was indeed perfect. Sun Hoon looked amazing! I’m so happy he’s not so skinny here as in his earlier dramas. PMR is high on my rewatch list now for sure!
