Bro it says dropped but trust me you gotta finish it. Watch it in 1.5x if you must and use the 10 second fast forward if you have to, but trust me finishing the drama is completely worth it. Easily the best cdrama I've watched and this is proper art.

Might also have to do with the fact that they are from enemy realms(and she being the crown prince) that she wants to keep her distance from him despite loving him. Even if her poisoning is completely cured (which it is, but she doesn't know it yet), she might not see a future with him.
