Because that's how many episodes SBS ordered, most likely as a test run to see if show works. If the show is successful and gets high ratings it will most likely get more episodes or get made into seasons.
Cheon Soo Ho's death is really unfair, I really fell sorry for him and it broke my heart. the drama was so depressing!…
The writer was originally going to have his death in the final episode, most likely after everything was solved. That ending would've been much better but of course, it didn't happen and ending had to be changed :(
when will we , the internet-watchers, be able to see this :(
Movies usually take a good few months before they're released with proper subs. The movie shouldn't take long to be up, since movies in Korea get released fairly quickly, but the subs are usually really bad. DramaFever is getting the license, so maybe we'll be able to get it earlier.
i don't understand why korean movies won't be subbed right away… we always have to wait for decades. is it because…
I presume licensing the movie to services like ODK or VIU isn't as easy as dramas, which is why they take so long for proper subs to be out. Fan-subs will usually be out after the movie is released online, most of the time, they are not that great.

I have a feeling it's going to get picked up by Netflix, similar to what JTBC did with Something in the Rain. It will probably get subbed 1 week after airing, hopefully.
