This one annoyed me so much. More info in spoilers in case others want to avoid it.
The lead actors are great together, but the characters are both awful people. They are engaged in an affair with the ML set to marry the SFL (albeit not technically engaged.) Now for the sake of drama I could get past this. But the ML is never forced to pick the FL over the SFL, he is basically given a get out of jail free card because the SFL cheated on him. Which is a whole other weird thing because she was apparently so in love with him. But I digress. The FL is awful because she never stands up for herself. She lets the ML dictate the unfavorable terms of their relationship right until the very end.
Lastly the ending to me is open ended. They are together and engaged, but their family is still opposed to the relationship and it has not been made public outside of the family. While I don’t think it’s forbidden for step-cousins who didn’t grow up together to date, the world presented in the show is one where that this would be a career ending thing. Strong family opposition and social isolation seem like pretty strong reasons for this relationship to not work out. Therefore it does not feel like a happy ending to me.
If none of these things would annoy you then you would probably enjoy the show. It is otherwise well produced, I just didn’t like those elements.

In the past the ML blamed the FL for the death of someone he cared about. This was very confusing because we do see flashbacks of the ML and FL being happy and him wanting to marry her but then he says the other woman’s name in bed so bit of mixed message there. Less of a mixed message he forced the FL to take the morning after pill which apparently caused their son to have a life threatening heart condition. The science of this aside, if we accept this as the truth then it is an insurmountable hurdle for me. The ending is ambiguous but pretty heavily leaning towards them getting back together and that made me feel icky. Also I found this link after watching it already and the version I watched was around 20 minutes shorter so who knows what kind of abuse may have been cut
ML is irredeemable. He is a serial cheater. The subtitles are atrocious so it’s unclear the extent of the cheating, but emotionally he 100% is in love with the SFL. Now this is apparently only because she looks like his dead ex, but still. He priorities her over the FL repeatedly. And this includes after she deliberately causes the FL to miscarry her baby with the ML. He was willing to break up with the SFL but not punish her. The only nice thing I can say about the ML is that he doesn’t physically abuse his wife. So that’s a low bar.
