I always pray that all his projects fail, I don't care if it's with Suzy or anyone else. I will never forget that…
I am a little confused. Do you know him personally? He literally went through something that caused his career to stall, and it was all due to claims that were debunked. Why would you wish harm on someone who was wrongfully accused?

Title Boss & Me
I know I'm 10 years late to watching this show but holy inner monologue overload. The rest of the things I disliked…
The issues a few of you mentioned saying it was due to the time period are most likely referring to all the tropes and misogynistic dialogue spewed from ML to FL? I will say that the show may have premiered 10 years ago, but I am over 50 and never in my life time would see it acceptable to speak to a women so offhandedly. I get that there are cultural differences in the way societies have progressed (or regressed... in regards to my own in the last few years).

I am just curious about whether or not the film/tv industry realizes the gender and SES demographics regarding who watches most C dramas.... women, yes? So... are they trying to give a subversive "Handmaids Tale" type vibe or reminder to women in China (and where ever this is watched) that men are in power and women can be spoken to like dogs (especially from the lower SES)? You don't know how to use a fishing pole? Well, we are all going to watch you pull radishes. WTF? I have watched three C dramas (mostly K dramas before that.). Yes, there are K dramas that also have the successful, cold male who loves an "undeserving" female... but I was horrified by this drama and gave it a chance b/c I read it was better than My Sunshine (which had the same derogatory arrogance toward the "supposed" one they "loved"...

I just think that hopefully there are leaders in the film industry who try to send a message about how damaging these continued ideas of who deserves what tropes are to our society. I also wonder if the male and female actors ever shuddered to play such demeaning roles.
