I have seen every second of this drama unlike people in the comment section and I can strongly vouch that the FL didn't cheat on the ML. There's a fake/false/tease by the director in an episode ending which will look like she is indulging in physical intimacy (sex) with the lookalike of her dead fiance BUT IT ISN'T, YOU CAN SEE/KNOW ABOUT THAT JUST IN THE NEXT EPISODE STARTING. It is just another crooked joke that Japanese directors do.

I agree with you 100000%, my experience for this drama was totally ruined by the awful, obsessive, manipulative, egoist FL. If we could throw away her whole presence out of the drama, the drama becomes so much more beautiful.

If we can throw that obsessive, manipulative and egoist FL out of the drama, Silent is a damn good J-drama. Her character arc totally ruined my experience while watching.

Total BS, the 2ML was hurting when he saw FL getting so much involved and interested in ML while 2ML and FL in a relationship where they are about to get married. 2ML felt bad, he was scared of FL leaving him, also he felt bad for ML's condition, that's why he let go of FLs hand, most probably to see how much he meant to FL and if she comes back to him. But FL wasn't with integrity in her character, she was obsessed with ML, she couldn't digest ML leaving her, she wanted to get back into ML's life anyhow even if it hurts ML, 2ML, 2FL. The writing and character growth of FL was awful. I felt really bad for 2FL. I almost dropped the drama when after breakup FL says to 2ML on phone that she really, truly loved him, what a big F joke! FL takes the earliest chance that appeared infront of her to get 2ML out of her life and then she talks about true love, my foot.
