Cha Do Hyun's real name is Shin Se Gi and Oh Ri Jin's real name is Cha Do Hyun. Shin Se Gi is the son of Shin Hwa Ran and Cah Joon Pyo. Cha Do Hyun )aka (Oh Ri Jin) is the daughter Min Seo-Yeon and her first love. The reason Shin Se Gi was not added to the family register because Miin Seo Yeon alredy registered Cha Do Hyun (Ri JIn) as the daughter of Cha Joon Pyo arledy after Ri Jin's mother and the Chairman died in the car accident, it could be possible that both Se Gi's father and and the chairwomen decided to hide the real Cha Do Hyun. The fire could have started to kill the little girl so that there was no evidence . SO it could be possible that Se Gei is the owner of the body (FML that took me long to understand)

I have a feeling she is been used as a set up. if you watched on ep3 when she was sitting in the ambulance she saw Hoon by thr rear-view mirror. and on ep 4 the guy from the north came to meet her. So my guess is she is been used as a trap to catch Dr Park.
