Disappointed of the last episode
I thoroughly enjoyed When the Phone Rings. The storyline was captivating, the characters were well-developed, and the suspense kept me hooked until the very end. However, I was deeply disappointed with the final episode, specifically the moment where the show addressed the Palestine situation. Referring to Palestine in such a negative light and glossing over the reality of the ongoing genocide was not only insensitive but also unsettling.
Such misrepresentation detracts from the show's otherwise brilliant storytelling. I hope the production company recognizes the weight of this misstep and addresses it responsibly in a public statement. Until then, I can’t wholeheartedly recommend the series.
