Because episode rating and the general rating of the drama are different things. Not everyone who rates the drama is going to go and rate all the individual episodes. So the 7.7 is mostly from the 114 drama ratings. Ratings also fluctuate a lot to begin with as more people start rating.

I think the individual episode ratings can impact the overrall rating, but not much in my experience tbh. Especially if there are still a lot more overrall ratings that lean a certain way.

She is 15 and he is at least 10 years older at the beginning. It's actually a smaller age gap than in the novel I believe. Not abnormal at that time.

By episode 14 there has been some development of feelings on his part. But by the time they are married in the drama she will be at least 19 because of a time jump

The actors themselves are close in age though. 26 and 29.

A journey to love was filmed in september 2022. This was filmed early to mid 2024. He'd filmed a few other dramas in between them.

I believe there will be spoofs and homages to popular dramas (and drama cliches) as its supposed to take place within the world of a script.

Hmm. I felt there was quite a bit of romance in this actually. I loved them. 😂

It only finished filming last october. It's not unusual for costume dramas to take up to a year to air. Post production can take a bit.
