Seems common for Jdramas to touch on sensitive topics and justify it. It is ok to pair young ML and much older FL but not ok if the ML is not of legal age. Totally wrong for the FL to indulge in such a relationship regardless of whatever reasons or her past experiences.

I only enjoyed looking at the makeup on the beautiful FL and the trendy AB products.

Storyline is average but Amami Yuki rocks! One of the most versatile actresses and never fail in any of her roles!

This combines the forte of j dramas - slice of life and delectable cuisine!

To be honest the storyline of a woman with three ex-husbands was not appealing at all to me. Almost dropped at the second episode. Finally started to savour the intricacies and appreciate the uniqueness of each character.

Very amused by their first encounter as revealed in the last episode.

Such a beautiful story about first love. The classic “First Love” song has aptly brought out the emotions of the scenes!

What I don’t understand is how can a stranger do so much for the family?

This is overrated in my opinion. The mystery mainly unravels in first part of the story, and the rest seems to be kind of expected.

The ML behaves the same way throughout ◡̈

Not the usual high school delinquents kind of story. Some gangster-looking people do have the purest hearts. The comedic moments are on point!

Heartwarming vibes. For dramas without intense action or heavy storylines, it’s all about how the main and supporting leads portray the roles, which this show had fulfilled so well!

Watched this for Fukada but sadly there is no chemistry between her and the young lead.

The first episode already brought me to tears. We all need that song of strength.

J-dramas are good at creating refreshing yet unexpected couple pairing. Such romance themes and genres are common but the little stories behind each couple are interestingly unique. My favourite couple is Kaname and Kyoko. Secretly hoping they get together though forbidden.

Dark police series that is definitely worthy of binge-watching. As usual, Ayano Go does not disappoint in his roles. The supporting actors are great in their portrayal as well.
