Wonderful
I'm not a big fan of Thai BLS but this one was pretty good. The acting was amazing and the concept was new and refreshing, cinematography on point. The plot wasn't confusing, yes at first it is a bit weird after episode 5 but I'm slow as hell and figured it out pretty quickly. I do have to say I do not like the fact that there's a lot of NC scenes. If I knew there were that many I'd just watch the cut version, it was just unnecessary. There were so many storylines and characters, I'd rather have more of the main couple I'm not even going to lie. Otherwise this bl is very good. I wouldn't watch it again though. Was this review helpful to you?

Not up to the hype
When I watched this for the first time I was so amazed by Boom who is playing Akin that I didn't focus on anything else. Maybe that's why I was blind to the actual story. Upon another rewatch I decided this doesn't deserve more than a 7.Let's start on the positive note, the acting is great, amazing even for Thai bl standard. Boom is such a talented actor and definitely carried this series. The honey scene was great and the kiss scene right before that is so atmospheric and beautiful. The music was alright, but during the NC scene I'd prefer softer music instead of a fast piano.
Unfortunately there are a few more negatives. Jun didn't do it for me. He fell a little flat, where in the original anime he's energetic, dominant and pushy. Here he seems soft spoken, still energetic but not the same energetic. I don't know what it is but they are like two completely different people to me.
As for the plot: not great....
We started off strong. The biggest difference between this live adaptation and the anime is the fact that Jun didn't sexually assault Akin which I'm so glad for. I couldn't finish the anime because of that fact. But I didn't like how Akin was always in pain and suffering, even willing to be used by his manager because he was helpless.
Jun's and Akins relationship was a mess, they broke up and got back together at least a million times an episode, it didn't feel organic to me and Akin most definitely needed therapy especially since Johnny was walking unharmed after SA Akin made my blood boil. The grandma arc....oh god. I wasn't more bored in my entire life. I skipped through that very uninterested.
Overall not a bad series, so much better than other Thai BLS but is lacking in plot. I'm sure these actors could thrive in a well scripted series!

Good but could be better
I am a huge omegaverse fan, and after the disappointment that Pitbabe was, I was so excited for this knowing there's going to be an enigma, alpha and omega + mpreg and heat/rut.Of course it started off fantastic, the actor for Hua Yong nailed the manipulative act but other than that the acting was a lil flat, and Hua Yong's repetitive calling of the alpha got on my nerves after a while.
Then it started going downhill when the alphas literally raped their partner 💔 also I didn't like how they couldn't see in a brightly lit room their rapists?? Like at least put more effort into the editing.
Not to mention that Hua Yong literally forcibly marked him without his permission like please guys
BUT I gotta say it's very entertaining and I'm always curious as to what happens next.
Overall it was alright, I would watch it again but the plot and acting are lacking a bit.

Garbage
I don't know what's with Thai bls these days but it's like these directors don't even try. The story?? An absolute mess. It starts with NC scenes, wow a shocker, where we discover one character has erectile dysfunction and what does the swapping do with this? Don't know. As much as I love supernatural BLS, this ain't IT. WHICH IS SUCH A PITY! If done right this could've been so interesting, instead they gave up on plot and said "do you want some plot in your NC scenes?". Nothing new happens, everything repeats, the acting sucks. Was this review helpful to you?
