Episode 13 - now faith returned to the whole series, which was fading. The arc of the drama held up believably from beginning to end. More scripts like this, please! And thanks to scriptwriter Jang Hyeon Suk!
Hey, I have to ask! Funny question, don't laugh!!! In episode 4, Tae Pung's mother "snaps" and starts hitting her son. She's frustrated and tired of everything, I understand. This slapping/hitting makes me wonder. Is this somehow common in South Korean life? In some series, not necessarily this one, the same thing appears. The boss/company owner "beats" his subordinates time to time. I want to know so I can understand!
Oh my, I couldn't watch this without laughing. For example, the staged North Korean reception at the airport and the arrival of the First Lady instead of the President were both insanely hilarious. Political satire at its best! I really enjoyed this!
Writers wake up! In many K-dramas, including this one, the ending was predictable. As good as the beginning of the series is, the atmosphere was dull at the end.
Trigger had to be watched almost in one sitting. Even though it was UNBELIEVABLE violent, I kept watching. Kim Nam Gil's role as Lee Do was really great. I loved it! And on the other hand, sorry, I have to say, his eyes are really blackish brown sometimes!
K-Drama, that seems to have a really good script. The series is engrossing and even though these timelines vary, it makes the series even more interesting. In addition, there is a group of very talented actors here. Can IU act this well, she is brilliant!
Big thanks to Lee Je Hoon, Lee Dong Hwi, Cha Eun Woo and Kwak Dong Yeon. The series was fun to watch. Welcome to Finland again in winter. Then you will definitely see the real Northern Lights!
