This Je Hoon is a wonderfully sincere guy, at least when it comes to cooking. (ep.8) Progress can already be seen since he made the omelet. Do you agree with me?
I just now had time to watch the series on Netflix. Personally, I usually first pay attention to the script of the series. I claim that in many K-Dramas the plot lasts until the end. I think this series has a good script. Also, I liked the acting of both of them as well as Yoo Yeon Seok (OMG!) and Chae Soo Bin (Brilliant!).
As a Finnish person, i don't consider Kuusamo and Posio being part as real Finnish Lapland as these areas are…
I live in southern Finland near Helsinki and have visited Kuusamo, Kilpisjärvi, Saariselkä, Syöte, Levi and Äkäslompolo in all of them both in winter and summer. The distances are just so long, I feel that when you get close to Rovaniemi it's already Lapland and wilderness.
Which episode was it that we can hear the camera crew member laugh twice? Was it the 3rd or 4th?
I'm not entirely sure, but this Je Hoon breakfast episode was shown in episode 3. I'm laughing so hard that I didn't register the cameramen's laughter, sorry.
I've watched 4 episodes now. I'm really looking forward to the next ones. This episode where Lee Je Hoon fried eggs was really amazing. How on earth did the others keep their poker faces so well?
Thanks guys! It was great to see how four South Korean men experienced Finnish Lapland. Hopefully we will hear authentic Sámi (native people) yoiking (singing) in future episodes. Greetings from Finland!
